Nature’s Stance Cotton Mouth Xylitol Mints for Dry Mouth Relief - Sugar Free Mints, Stimulate Saliva & Freshen Breath, Throat, Teeth, Gums - Xylitol Lozenges, 40 Count (Watermelon)

I was recently diagnosed with Sjogren's, and have been seeking over the counter solutions to bring my eating speed back up. While this doesn't make my mouth incredibly wet, it is PERFECT for me to take right before a meal and I notice a major difference in how easy it is to chew and swallow after doing so. If I forget to take it, I know and I have to pop one in my mouth mid-meal! The flavor does not stick around for long and the mints dissolve quickly - both a major plus in my book for my usage. I would not recommend for overnight, or even for a constant throughout the day cure to dry mouth as it wears off after an hour or two max - but it is the perfect meal solution, and I love that it comes in small and discrete packaging as well since I need to take these when I visit restaurants as well. I will definitely be buying more of these and adding them to my toolkit!

I bought these because it's hard to find something for dry mouth that is not mint flavored. But these do not help dry mouth. It dissolves but does nothing. The taste is good. That's the only good thing about it. I will keep using Biotine lozenge tablets. They work.

I would have to give these Cotton Mouth mints an average rating. Not terrible and not great. Let’s start with the pro’s. The flavor is really good. They taste like SweetTarts to me. Once you pop one in your mouth it will definitely get the juices flowing. Since they are made with Xylitol they will help to protect your tooth health. Xylitol is fantastic for your teeth. It helps prevent cavities. Just be sure to keep these mints where your dogs can’t get them. Xylitol is poison for dogs. Ok, now onto the con’s. They are very small and they do not last very long. Once they fully dissolved in my mouth the saliva only lasted for about 5 minutes. The really disappointing part for me was that my mouth felt really dry about 10 minutes after using these mints. So, I was constantly popping more mints into my mouth to try and keep it moist. Now maybe that doesn’t happen to everyone. Maybe it’s just me. The bag is very small and I feel that the value isn’t there for how much you pay. I really want to love these but they need to be improved before I would ever buy them again. There are better products out there for less. Hope that helps!

Mouth doesn’t get severely wet wet but it gets the job done! He will love it and I’ll buy them again!

Work great!!! Popped one in my mouth and in an instant my dry mouth symptoms started to ease. 3 hours later it would allow me to drink normally still. I'm very impressed. Will definitely buy again!

For me these absolutely do not work. I tried them for dry mouth caused by medication. Taste is good but effectiveness is just not there for me
