At first time order on time but packing was damaged and accessoried were not there but for second time after replacement it is good

I bought it for my mother in law. Since first day, it has shown issues all the time. It was a gift for her, but most of the time I see her troubling with it. We tried to contact customer service of usha many times, but all in vain. Amazon should stop selling such low standard products.

First I had visited a shop in nearby City as I thought it would be better as the shop owner would assist me if I face any problem in near future. But the shop owner was selling at the discounted price of RS 4200. Then I checked on Amazon and found that it was available for RS 3799. So I trusted the online seller and now it has been a month since my wife is using it and it is working smooth. Instructions are provided along with the product and the product was delivered in almost assembled condition. I will certainly recommend it.

Does not look as well as working also not like new piece.

I liked the machine. I was worried seeing the review that base does not open. Also felt the same while received machine. But I could notice that it is fitted with nut bolt which to be opened and I could open that, so it can be cleaned. Thank you.Just I would suggest to give same advice in manual or video given on Amazon app, so that normal customer can understand that how machine can be picked from base.

Good Quality Product.

It is very bad product. Someone already sewed it . The oil was spilled inside the box . And its down pard seems to be broken . Better to return it . I don't recommend this old to product it to buy.
