Really nice, thick, well made mat for exercising on or doing yoga. Came wrapped in plastic inside a cardboard box. No smell like there is with some plastic items. Price was good. The mat is 2” thick - lots of cushioning and that’s great for floor exercising. Easy to fold in three parts and cover with a carry handle to keep the mat together when carried. I bought the blue because it was cheaper. Made in the USA in Houston, Texas. Highly Recommended.

The quality of this workout item is amazing and such a good price. The size is big enough to lay completely out on Bu able to put it in my closet and store away and take it in my car it easily folds up and the black color prevents stains . It fold out in one quick move and is so easy to use and fold back up. It is solid and enough cushion for comfort

Great cushion, great value, and very well made. Folds up nicely for storage. Durable mat for my teen as she practices some tumbling and uses it frequently for various workouts. Easy to clean as well. Highly recommend!

I like the product but it is a bit too firm. We use to lay on for doing exercises. It is a good length and width for exercising.

I had been receiving rehab for back pain, and I was to continue these at home after the sessions had ended. I showed two selections of mats to the therapist, and she selected this one. The rehab clinic had one very similar to this one. I have been using it for several weeks, and it is tremendous for the exercises I am required to do. I might add that this is perfect because of its firmness and foldability. While doing the exercises, I added some light weight lifting (as bench pressing) and this mat holds up very well without becoming soft. I do recommend that it be rotated or flipped with each use so as to not wear out one part of the matt. Enjoy!

I hurt my back years ago playing rugby. Lower back gets a little sore. I didn't want a Yoga mat to do sit ups or anything close to my laying on my back. Then I saw this. First set of sit ups I did was easy. No smell to the mats, good solid quality, allows me to do my exercises in which I am on my back without discomfort. Definitely have a better ease of movement as I am not cringing in discomfort. If you struggle with back pain of any sort and need a mat to lay on your back to do leg lifts or whatever, consider this one. Thickness will win you over. I recommend it.

I have an autistic son that absolutely loves to jump as a stim, unfortunately with that being said, he does it in his bedroom quite often. My husband and I have been worried that he may soon break the floor boards in doing so. This has been a great solution so not only can he continue to jump and stim to his hearts content, but the floor itself is not taking the impact as hard, if at all! Another wonderful plus is that with the mats being so thick, you can't hear him jumping! The mats also are super easy to clean, and move around when I need to vacuum! I highly recommend if you have a jumper like I do!I have now bought from them 3 separate times, and these are seriously so well made! We appreciate it!

I bought this to use for somatic exercises and my 5 year old who likes to do somersaults. TGreat quality, the cushioning is thick and my back doesn’t hurt when laying on it. I like how easily it folds up to hide it away. Easy peasy.
