It’s frustrating that users need to create an account when the app is already installed. Why make customers go through such a hassle just to connect the camera? Time is valuable, and this product wastes it. After my failed attempts, I checked the app reviews to see if others had encountered the same issues and found it has a low rating of 2.9, with many users facing difficulties. Had I known the app was rated so poorly and had so many problems, I wouldn't have purchased the camera in the first place.To improve the user experience, I suggest the following:Allow users to use the app with basic functions without requiring an account.Streamline the account creation process to make it faster and easier.Provide a "Skip for Now" option to set up the camera without immediate registration.Offer alternative setup methods or better customer support for those facing difficulties.Implementing these changes could make the setup process more user-friendly and reduce frustration for new customers.Overall, this product is not worth the trouble, and I would not recommend it based on my experience. If improvements are made in the future, I might consider giving it another try, but not at this moment since it is not working.On a positive note, the item arrived on time and was well-packaged.

I like the design, very easy to hide and adjust. It’s very picky about the WiFi connection and I’ve only got it to work once. That one time the picture was high quality.

I've tried many security cameras. None of them were that good, or just not good at all. This one though, is so amazing! And the setup for it, couldn't have been any easier! It literally speaks and with their app, it takes you thru every step of the way! It really does pick up each and every motion, and even sound detected! Very clear picture! Double tap to zoom in.! Not complaining of course lol. this runs great, live comes up within a second or two (unlike my previous Logitech circle camera did, nor Blink).Oh, and even at night, without my porch light on, it looks really good and clear! I don't get how they do it, but this camera is literally the best security camera I've ever had!! And again, the price is beyond amazing!!!

I am super impressed with this Wi-Fi remote view camera … super impressive battery and the app is also great… I might buy more as I am so impressed with the quality of the item AAAAA++++
