The one below the dog buggy. ?** A: Thanks for asking. The lower basket is rated at 75 lbs. The product has a total capacity of 100 lbs (75 lbs lower basket, 20 lbs in the pet caddy and 5 lbs in the rear organizer.) **Q: How small can it fold down? Dimensions when folded? Does the pet part fold down too, or does it need to be removed?** A: Yes the Pet Caddy folds with the Wadabuggy. The dimensions when folded are 23" x 17" x 29" with the wheels on or 20" x 11" x 29" with the wheels removed (which is quickly done by pressing a little tab at each wheel). **Q: Does this go up stairs ok?** A: It can handle stairs ok you just have to move the handle to a position where it’s easily pulled up each stair. Can go down too but because it’s not a hand brake there is always a risk it’ll roll itself down the stairs if left in a position that makes it easy to do so. Can handle curbs easily front or backwards. As long as it is evenly weighted, it will handle off-road or large cracks well. I discovered that the front can be dropped forward if you button the bottom basket cover a bar or two lower. I don’t think it is an advertised feature because if you load up in front of the wheels, it may make it tip forward if you hit a bump. So, drop the front panel at your own risk. I used it to move my Costco box that was too large to fit when it’s a basket and had no issues. Mainly use it to load the bottom basket when you have the pet carrier or basket in place and close back up. I think they spent lots of time on the design to make it easy to use everywhere. I was concerned that the wheel placement makes it easy to tip over backwards but their instructions tell you that you shouldn’t have more than 5lbs in the pouch. Keep your load centered between the wheels and tipping is not an issue. I think the wheel position is what makes it able to do stairs and curbs with ease. If the cart is empty, I prefer to fold and carry upstairs since it’s fairly light and much easier to carry up than pull/ lift. My cat and I can not recommend the buggy enough. Every store trip is better because I don’t have to touch a shopping cart. Just did a Costco run. It’s small size helps keep you from overspending. And. Was able to drive straight to a parking spot when I got home instead of the usual park in a no parking so I can unload before searching for a spot. I live in East Hollywood where there are a lot of mystery fluids on the sidewalks so I remove the wheels and wash them before bringing it into my apartment. **Q: As someone living in New England how would this fare in the snow? Btw thanks for the quick response to my last question.** A: That is tough to determine as there are a lot of variables (how much snow, how wet the snow is, how much weight is in the Wadabuggy, etc.). Seems to be well made. Super easy to put together, fold and unfold. Makes shopping with the pup at my local farmer’s market so much easier. My dog seems to love her stroller as well.
