This ribbon is not flimsy, I tried beating it up by stretching all directions, driving pins through it, and trying to tear it apart from the center. I held up to all that abuse (I've had grosgrain not survive these tests). I use it for accents, but the reason for the brutality it endures is because I lace corsets with it, which requires it to be amazingly strong and impervious to warping.Like others have said, it's quite lustrous on the shine side and I'm quite happy with it! Also, was true to color, width, and length.

They are very nicely put together, they are easy to manipulate and I love the soft texture. Will be buying more.

This ribbon has a beautiful shine and is double sided which is a plus. I used it to make braids for mums and the maroon is a true maroon. It's dark maroon instead of some stating to be maroon and it's more red. Will definitely purchase again if I need more.

I actually didn’t expect these ribbons to be as narrow as they are (my fault for not paying close enough attention to the dimensions). However I’ve found that they’re actually much better than thicker ribbons, also the range of colours is great :)
