I was having issues waking up a lot, every time I turned over (several times a night). I was checking out the very expensive pillows where you can slip your arm through and support your back, but they are insane expensive - so i checked these out and figured it was worth a shot (even though I'm not pregnant). I am a 'larger than statistically average' person. The pillow is awesome! I didn't think i'd be able to slip my arm under it, but you can, so basically it provides support everywhere and allows you to sleep on your side, all night in comfort. If you sleep on it as pictured - it totally supports your back, while also allowing super comfortable position in front, and you can slip your arm under it, without your weight being on your arm. It almost feels like your being held all night. That being said - it would be a CON for people sleeping with others in the same bed. I have a queen size bed and sleep alone sometimes and the pillow takes up a huge chunk of the bed space. I dont care because I am single - but it would be awkward for a mate if you weren't single. Another CON would be that as your sleeping, if you do move around, the arms of the pillow go wonky and can end up all over the place. The improvement in comfort for me has outweighed any CONs. Totally worth the money.

I used this body pillow throughout my entire pregnancy and it was amazing. I flipped it so that the bottom of the U shape was between my feet, which provided additional support for my legs and allowed me to use my chiropractor-approved pillow for my head. It helped so much during that early pregnancy nausea/exhaustion stage, making me feel cuddled and secure. Hugging one of the pillow “arms” in between your breasts also helps alleviate some of that early pregnancy tenderness and it made sleeping easier for me. I used it for sleeping until the day I went into labor. It does become slightly cumbersome at the end of pregnancy, when you’re big and awkward and have to pee 5 times a night, so therefore have to wrestle with the pillow to get into and out of bed. My husband hated having it in the bed because it’s so large and we sleep on a full size mattress, but since it made me happy he tolerated it. He was happy to see it go when my daughter came home from the hospital. I now use it to support my upper body while breastfeeding. Fold it up, prop it against a wall or headboard, and you’re good to go. This thing has been totally worth it and I would absolutely recommend to any pregnant ladies or people who struggle with sleeping comfortably. Honestly, I may bring it back to bed with me when my daughter weans and I don’t need it for nursing anymore. Don’t tell my husband.

I'm 5'10, 140 lbs and got the 60" one. I was worried that it wasn't going to be long enough but it's just right. It's actually a lot larger than what I was anticipating which is great. I opened it up after closing at my job and fortunately it was able to fluff up enough for me to use it that same night, took about 3 hours and let me tell you, I fell asleep so quickly. The following morning though I did put it in the dryer, on its own, for about an hour to make sure it was as fluffy as possible. I've had it for a week now and this has been the best week of consistent sleep I have had in so many years. I've been taking sleep a lot more seriously. It impacts your entire physical, emotional and mental well being. It makes up an actual third of our life. I cut out caffeine, got 100% blackout curtains and have been falling asleep listening to stories on Headspace using a sleep headband headphones instead of falling asleep with YouTube or Netflix on. I did these things on top of other things like eating better, getting more exercise in and stretching. Sleep was definitely getting better but not quite where I wanted it to be. I just wasn't falling asleep fast enough and I would wake up once to twice a night so I wouldn't be sleeping straight through the night. So I started looking at body pillows and I'm so glad I got a u-shaped one instead of just a long pillow or an l-shaped pillow. I really like how this one encompasses you and it's just so big. Honestly, I would op for a larger size, 70" but that's just spoiling myself. This 60" is definitely large enough. I fall asleep so quickly now, sleep all the way through the night and when I wake up I know I'm just rested. I've been so consistent with my sleep and lifestyle changes that I can not only fall asleep fast but because the quality of my sleep has really improved, I've also been waking up after just 6-7 hours of sleep and feeling fully rested. It's amazing. A lot of this is contributed to all the changes I've been making but this pillow was 100% the last missing piece to the puzzle. I cannot recommend this enough. Your sleep dictates so much of your life. How you feel, think, how your body recovers from a workout, your immune system, how much energy you have throughout the day to get done what you need to get done, it gives you clarity and focus. Sleep is worth the investment. I've been so productive and happier for over a week now just because I've been getting quality sleep. I used to have a lot of anxiety, stress and have a lot of ups and downs, and life is just so much better now. There are some people complaining it's too flat, for those who buy this I would just make sure that you thoroughly massage the pillow on and off for the first hour, including flipping it upside down and repeating, wait a couple of hours after that and then toss it in the dryer for an hour. It gets big. There is a possibility that maybe they just didn't get one as well filled but fortunately it's an easy fix, just buy cotton and stuff it some more. Doesn't need to be tossed aside or thrown away. Although I think most of the reviews just aren't following the instructions well enough or not putting it in the dryer for an hour or so. Others I'm sure are complaining looking for free stuff. I gave a bad review of a different product not related to this one and the seller sent me an e-mail for 9 days straight asking me to take it down and she'll give me a full refund and a $40 Amazon gift card for what was a $20 purchase. She also sent me an actual physical letter to my home since I wasn't responding. It's wild. I wondered how it was a 5-star product after using it and I quickly found out. It's still up though lol I'm just saying take bad reviews with a grain of salt. I'm sure a few are legit but I'm sure even more are just being careless or just looking to get something extra. If you're in the market for a u-shaped pillow I could not recommend this one more. So glad I got it.

In all three of my pregnancies I have had pretty bad leg and sciatica pain. However, with the first two pregnancies, I sort of just dealt with it. I ordered this when I was 32 weeks pregnant with my third child (I am now 34 weeks) and I was hesitant at first since I don't like to spend money. I would say that I am happy with my purchase as it is comfortable and at 5'7" it is a good length. I will say that it won't entirely take away your pain, however, when I do wake up in the middle of the night from leg pain, I can go back to sleep pretty quickly and comfortably once I've changed positions versus waking up more frequently to adjust all the pillows I was using.

So far so good! First night sleep my fit bit recorded more deep sleep than I’ve ever had. I am picky about pillows under my head but this was fine. I love the support it provides, but I’m only 5’4 and I still find the “legs” too short for my legs, unless I bend them quite a bit. I bought this one because it was longer and I’m glad I did, it’s just a littttttle too short for my liking. Overall though, it was a solid purchase for my pregnancy aches and pains.

I purchased this pillow in an attempt to alleviate pregnancy back pain. To be honest, I didn’t have high expectations. The pain was almost intolerable and I had tried all sorts of pillows/wedges between my legs. I am pleased to say that this pillow was a game changer for me! My back pain was much more tolerable after only a couple of days after using it and gone completely after a few days. I’ve been back pain-free for weeks now! One thing I love about this pillow is that I have support, regardless of which side I sleep on.

I can flip onto either side and be fully supported. I am 6' tall with a 38" inseam and find it long enough for me. Sleeping sprawled on my back with this dreamy pillow on either side of me is also incredibly comfortable. The cover is a little tough to get off so I'm going to take 5 minutes to sew a giant silk tube "sock" for the part that my face rests on. The top face part is the only part that seems to get dirty.
