I think I like the pillow even more than the mat (and I’m a big fan of the mat). Great for behind head/neck and also knees.

I have tried a generic version and there IS a difference. This is no gimmick. Alleviates muscle cramps and actually drained my sinuses when placed under shoulders and base of my skull. I cannot recommend Shakti enough.

Bought for my son who has a bad back. He already uses the shakti mat and loves it. He says 20 mins on mat and pillow before bed and he has the best nights sleep.

Im vergleich zu dem normalen Kissen finde ich dieses unangenehmer. Es ist weicher als die Nackenstütze. Dadurch sinkt man in das Kissen ein während die Spikes dort bleiben wo sie ihren Erstkontakt mit der Haut hatten. Ergebnis: Die Spikes ziehen sehr unangenehm an der Haut, es fühlt sich an als ob man an allen Stellen zerrissen wird. Das normale Kissen ist da wesentlich angenehmer da es durch die Härte nicht zu einem Einsinken kommt. Ich kann das Kissen somit nicht im Hinterkopf / Nackenbereich verwenden. Am Beim oder auch dem Oberarm wirkt es dagegen toll. Ich habe es dafür nicht gekauft und war etwas unzufrieden. Am Ende hat aber seinen Zweck und man kann sich neben der Matte und der Nackenstütze auch dieses Kissen kaufen um rundum versorgt zu sein

Für Anfänger nicht so optimal, da sehr spitz. Man muss sich dran gewöhnen. Aber sehr gute Qualität.
