Very well made, no loose fitting parts, finish color was exactly as shown. The unique finish was what got my attention. You certainly dont see one like that every day. I also compliment the packing on the item as well. Completely sealed in tape, and sheilded against moisture in several layers. Would I reccomend this to a freind? You bet i would. I would like a matching wakazashi to compliment this one.

First sword for me and I'm not disappointed.

This is a beautiful recreation of the Devil May Cry 5 Yamato. It's just perfect.

Unexpected quality for the price, it came very sharp, very sturdy the wrap is tight the suba looks nice it’s pretty sharp.

Beautiful blade and came packaged very well but I'm currently waiting a response from the seller about why it is so dull. The picture attached shows a ragged 1/4" cut on a piece of paper which is all it would do. Won't cut paper, won't shave my forearm, doesn't dig into my thumbnail and the point wouldn't puncture an orange with its own weight. Depending on what the seller responds with I'm sending it back as it doesn't match the sellers description. I'm very disappointed. I will update this after the seller responds. The seller responded that due to the coloration it isn't capable of attaining razor sharpness. So I'm sending it back for a refund. I'm not paying this much just for a show piece.

The title of my review says it all. I have zero complaints. I have the matching silver and gold versions of this sword. Extremely well made, sturdy, and cut paper out of the box.

Feels very durable. However, it came in the package very dull and wont even slice paper. It doesn't fit in the saya all of the way and it came with a couple of stress cracks from over-heating the sword during forging. The saego frayed on me from just picking the katana up a few times. The pattern is immaculate and the grip is decent. As for the detail, as for just being beautiful and a nice piece to hang on a wall, it is exactly what you would expect for a non-traditional Japanese samurai sword at this price. The feel is a little heavy, which makes it good for a practicing sword to build grip strength and quickness, but I would not consider this a battle ready sword.

Beautiful sword, I love all of the dragon details. I haven't tried cutting anything yet but it is super sharp. I see no problems with the sword.

I got this as a present for my brother-in-law. I have looked at katana's online and I did kendo/iaido when I was younger, this sword was light but sturdy. Everything fit pretty well, it didn't fall out of the saya, and it had the gold painted beautifully on (no mistakes). The dragon etched into the blade with the blue background really made it beautiful and I would have wanted this for myself haha! The only two small downsides were that it was a little loose around the tsuba, and that the saya was ALL wooden so when using it for practice you could cut the saya at the koi guchi pretty easily, so you'd have to be careful with that.

Probably one of my best purchases by far. Love my Katana.
