Pros: nice heat, relaxing, remote for easy use, good choices of music and option to connect to BT. Cons: pressure around eyes is a bit much but it’s nice on temples. Be better if you could adjust pressure at different areas. It’s on the heavy and clunky side and the sound of the air bags is a bit noisy.
