Best color is Burgundy 5 RV. This is my second time using this color. I bought it on a whim because it was the only Madison Reed DemI color left on the shelf at Target. I have salt and pepper dark brown/black hair. My grays look reddish purple and the dark parts look very dark purple. I receive a lot of compliments on it and it looks shiny and pretty. It doesn’t damage my fine wavy hair.

May hairstylist had surgery, so she suggested a semi permanent color until she returns to work.I feel this color has great coverage. I just did my roots. I feel like it lasts almost as long as a permanent color, maybe a week less. I wash my hair 2 to 3 times a week.

Awesome demi gloss color. I did the 6N on my auburn baylayage hair and it came out nice and rich brown with lots of tones. Will repurchase !

It did not color my grey roots at all.

I had grown out brassy highlights on top half of my head with some greys. This gave me an ashy mushroom tone. First box from Amazon that came in flate rectangular box not one pictured but contents were correct. I have longer hair so bought a second box from my local ulta due to longer hair and I'm glad I did definitely needed it. Happy with outcome I got for the price, we'll see how long it lasts as a demi permanent. Smell was mild-slight pine earth scent, had no bad skin reaction.

I love this product! I am glad to have a way to color my hair without permanent commitment. Does not cover gray as well as permanent, but I am happy with the results! The product does have a earthy smell once applied. Comes with gloves, hair cap, and wet wipe. Shampoo and conditioner smell wonderful. Scent reminds me of a light pine smell, very pleasing.

Beautiful color. Color lasts for awhile. Will buy again.

This color is amazing, it made my hair a dark natural brown that shines red in the sunlight. I love it!! I do wish it lasted longer though
