I like to lay by the open sliding door at night & enjoy our view. But, we also used this for our son's friends when they sleepover.I like more firm mattresses & found this mat to be thick & very comfortable. I don't sleep overnight on the mat, but a 6' young man didn't complain abt it & has repeatedly used it.I would not necessarily recommend this for daily overnight use as I'm thinking the stuffing would flatten out & bcm hard. But it's definitely great for our purposes.The cover had no uneven sewing, seam gaps, or any other such issues. I have not tried to clean the mat as I use a fitted sheet over it & wash that instead.We did roll it up & found the straps held it in tight & very nicely.Would absolutely recommend this for our purpose.

HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!!! I love having my friend's sleep over, but they never had a comfortable sleeping place until i got this. It's the same size as my double bed and it's so cozy and comfortable. Sometimes i find myself just laying on it because it's so comfy. When my friends leave i just fold it up and put it in my closet.

Very useful for travel with its ability to roll up nice and small. It's comfortable to lay on without that stiff back that most futons can give you. Easy to clean and stow away. Cheaper than a regular futon mattress which makes it affordable. Great for when guest come over or sleep overs at others.

This is a nice Japanese type mat and works well in so many different situations. It is light weight, folds up beautifully and transports easily. It is more comfortable than a kids’ play mat but less than a mattress. I think it works best when draped over the coffee table making a sort of padded lounge. It’s not so thick as to make it unwieldy but thick enough for basic comfort and it’s the perfect size for someone under 6 feet.

We decided to try this as a solution for making a permanent yoga station at home, rather than always unrolling mats in the same spot every day. It looked comfortable but not overly fluffy, and like it might work. And if we were wrong, the dogs could have a new bed. But it worked perfectly for our idea. It's a nice cushion from the floor, for bendy exercising. We're getting older and feel the floor more, but are still flexible enough to do some yoga. This should help us keep going a little longer.
