So just discovered a video in the last month suggesting that using a small Pilates ball like this can help with pelvic floor strengthening. On my first month of those exercises and already noticing improvements. Life changer and this brand has been high quality and durable so far

I purchased this to use between my knees for exercises to help with low back pain and it's worked perfectly. Once I got the stopper out, the ball was very easy to inflate and has held up well. Looks just as advertised.

I'm taking off one star, only because it's impossible for me to inflate the ball fully. You blow it up with a straw (provided), then you have to hold your finger over the hole until you can push in the plug. It's like trying to tie a bow when you need an extra finger or two to hold down the ribbon while you secure the knot. The ball itself is excellent -- a pretty color (mine's purple), a nice texture, and it seems to be flexible without losing air.

Does the job but needs to have air put in more than i think it should. But that is easy to do. Not a smooth surface. It is grippy (think stickyish like a sticky yoga mat). This might suit you well as it is less likely to escape when you are compressing it during some on your exercises.

Great for my PT exercises. Love that it doesn’t slip.The pump works easily and can be used on my larger ball as well.

Inflates to much bigger than you’d think. It was super easy to inflate and it keeps the air while exercising with it.

Very thin material. Hard to make it completely full of air so not maximum benefit.

This 9-inch exercise ball has been perfect for my postpartum core strengthening exercises. The quality is excellent and the material feels sturdy and durable. It inflates easily, holds air well, and is just the right size for at-home workouts. Great value and very happy with this purchase!

Good product. Bit filling thr air isnchallwnging as there is no valve attached to stop outwaed air flow while filling the air.
