The media could not be loaded.  I recently redid all the hinges on my garage door, which required a 7/8" nut driver. The old hinges had been painted over 20 years ago so the bit for my cordless driver (shown in the extender), didn't work well because of the inability of my driver to properly control the torque needed (too little to loosen some nuts, too strong when tightening without the clutch, not strong enough with the clutch). So I purchased the handheld driver, as shown, and completed the job. But I noticed it had a lot of play in the fit, and it didn't have a magnet, and the chrome seemed poor quality. Plus, with dozens of nuts, a lot of twisting was involved taking them off, and I had to hand tighten all the new nuts I installed with my cordless driver to get them snug. Inefficient with over five dozen nuts involved.So I was very curious to see if these were better. Right away, you can see they are clearly labeled on both the carrying case and the shaft, which is a nice touch. But more importantly, they are blackened and hardened, so their surface quality is better than chrome or plain steel. However, what makes these better, besides the good length and the strong magnet in them, is that the depth of the "nut well" is deeper than the others, and the fit on the nuts is much better, with less play, as I show in the video.So these have the feel of a well machined alternative to either a handheld or short driver insert. They are made to tighter tolerances, of better materials, with better details. So all in all a better choice for a higher performance product.

When I unpacked this, about half of the drivers on both shells were loose inside, but nothing was lost. The case does prevent the loss even if the drivers are loose. The blow-molded case is sturdy and will hold the drivers in place during normal handling. I assume these were tossed several times during shipping.The drivers appear solid one piece and will handle a beating. They have a rare earth magnet in the end to hold the nuts. I couldn't easily dislodge them -- Sturdy. The red and blue Shall labeling is a shrink wrap. They don't provide any information except that the red is metric and the blue is SAE. The sizes are printed onto the metal heads. -1 star because this will eventually wear off from use. They should be stamped.It's a good selection of both metric and SAE, plus the 6-inch reach -- great set to have for that one time you'll need it.

Initial Impression:The good quality of this driver set is immediately apparent. Good heft, finish (anodized apparently), and the little magnets do not look to be fragile. I've had another brand fracture (a magnetic spark plug socket), but that was a bare ceramic ring magnet, while these appear to be centrally located encapsulated rare earth magnets.Usage:They fit my Milwaukee drivers well, as expected.They appear to be suitable for impact drivers, as expected.The long reach of these drivers will be very handy.The magnets more efficiently hold the fastener compared to sprung slide collar keepers.The case is needed to keep these tools from scattering around the workshop. The injection molding is very good, and the tools snap in and out without a fuss. The clasps are double hinged and should hold up well. The hinge is not pinned, rather it's a "living hinge" that is simple a thin strip of plastic molded in place that can easily be bent back and forth. Although pinned hinges are better, these hopefully will hold up for a good long while, even with a lot of use.Verdict:Excellent long magnetic drivers.Recommended.

This set of nut drivers are 5 star quality in every respect. The nut drivers seem to built to last with a rust resistant finish that should hold up well through the years. The magnets are strong and and do the job they are intended to do. The shaft length is great for getting into those hard to reach places.The selection of sizes is very good. With eight SAE drivers ranging from 1/4" to 9/16" and eight metric drivers from 6 to 14 mm, this set will handle lots of projects.The case is well molded thick plastic and will handle normal use with no problem. The tools snap securely in place and are not going to be bouncing around inside the case. The latches are well made and seem durable.This is a set that will last for years and something you can hand down to your kids and grandkids.

Any long magnetic nut driver should be magnetic. Fishing a bolt through a long passageway is a lot easier with a long kit like this. So far they have not disengaged when using an impact driver.

These sockets get the job done, the hex shanks are the quick connect type so it's easy to swap them out of your driver and they are kept secure while using them. This set covers all the sizes I need and both the socket and the case are marked with the size to keep them organized. I wish they were engraved on the socket instead of just printed. Personally I would have prefered a smaller more compact storage method but the plastic blown case is more than adequate

Showed up pretty quick, built very strong and easy to click into a drill quick connect end.

I was genuinely surprised when this arrived. A really nice set of nut drivers for my impact driver. Easy to identify the size, and comes packaged in a durable carry case.
