Great little pressure gauge. Small, compact and easy to use with a backlit display and choice of pressure units. I've had this for a couple of years and still in the original batteries. Feels like it's made of cheap plastic but so far has lasted well and always works and seems accurate compared to a couple of pumps. Kept in car passenger door bin for easy access and so I always know where it is. Would definitely recommend it if you are going to look after it, maybe not if you are going to throw it around and drop it on concrete all day.

Whilst it is easy to use and has good illumination my one arrived with a dead CR2032 battery. To replace the batteries (1 CR2032 and 3 AG13 batteries) you need to unscrew two small Phillips screws, one of these was hard to extract and felt as though the screwdriver was slipping, and separate the two halves of the unit. When doing this the push button and the LED for the light became dislodged and was a nuisance to try and re-insert to enable the halves to be rejoined. If I was looking for another pressure gauge of this type I think I would look for one where the batteries are accessed through a panel rather than dismantling the whole unit. Update - AstroAI have reached out to me and offered a compressor as a replacement which I have accepted and just received so I have increased the rating to four as a result of this customer service. I still have reservations about the need to unscrew the back panel to replace the batteries but time will tell how often that needs to be done.

bought this to replace previous one that the batteries had burst in handle, does the job well and gives a mulitude of readinds is kg/m,psi, and more thank you

During the icy weather the built-in battery of the old gauge failed. As its battery could not be replaced I had to dispose of the gauge. I wanted its replacement to be capable of taking new batteries, so this was a desirable feature for me with the new gauge. The built-in battery of the previous gauge had lasted a very long time; it will be interesting to see how long the replaceable batteries last in the new gauge. It is easy to use and the light might be useful on a dark night. The display screen is easy to read. As I only ever measure my tyre pressures in psi I would prefer not to have the option of being able to select other pressure units but I recognise that having this facility makes the gauge more applicable in other countries where psi is not used. The handle of this gauge is slightly wider than its predecessor, which makes it comfortable to hold. I have never previously had a gauge that measures in units down to 0.1psi. This is interesting but is not essential to me as I had always previously been quite happy with units down to 0.5psi!. I have used the gauge only once so far but it worked just fine and it seems to have been a good buy.

Had a "Michelin" brander version of this that looked exactly the same but was metal and came with a storage pouch which stopped it rattling in the glove box. This is plastic and light as a feather and no pouch. It has a backlit display which is not the easiest to read with a pair of 60 year old glimmers even in daylight. The tip / nozzle also lights up blue when in use but is not sufficient to cast any light on the valve if working in the dark. Bought two different gauges at the same time for use in two vehicles. There is a slight difference of up to 2 PSI between them. Don't know which one is the most accurate but that difference is negligible for me. Wouldn't reccomend - there are better ones out there for very similar money.
