Bought this for compatibility with iPhone. Yes it’s a lot of money, but it’s one of few which is trusted by doctors on being accurate. It’s quick and sends my readings to my iPhone so I can show my doctor at anytime using the app. Buying a cheap version doesn’t always pay off as it can be out on the readings.

Very easy to use. Stores readings. You can see all in the App and share historic readings with GP. The cuff is one of the easiest to use. Particularly good for the elderly.

A brilliant way to keep track of your blood pressure. With the blue tooth connection your ability to track and form a report summarising everything is incredibly helpful. A great buy.

This really works, but does not track your ECG. Really good product for anyone who needs or wants to keep track of blood pressure. I had ordered the wrong item. Support was unbelievable. Was told I could keep item, either for myself or give away to charity, (gave to hospital unit) plus was given a full return. Can't argue with that

Ich nutze das OMRON X7 Oberarm-Blutdruckmessgerät jetzt seit einigen Wochen und bin wirklich sehr zufrieden. Die Messungen wirken zuverlässig und konsistent, was mir persönlich ein großes Gefühl von Sicherheit gibt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die AFib-Funktion zur Erkennung von Vorhofflimmern – ein Feature, das man sonst eher aus dem medizinischen Bereich kennt und das hier sehr einfach zugänglich gemacht wird. Die Anwendung ist angenehm unkompliziert: Manschette anlegen, Knopf drücken, fertig. Das Gerät führt einen klar durch den Messvorgang und zeigt die Ergebnisse übersichtlich an. Die Verbindung mit der App funktioniert reibungslos, sodass man seine Werte bequem speichern und über längere Zeiträume verfolgen kann. Das ist besonders hilfreich, um Trends zu erkennen oder die Daten bei Bedarf mit dem Arzt zu teilen. Auch die Verarbeitung macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Die Manschette sitzt gut und ist angenehm zu tragen, selbst bei regelmäßiger Nutzung. Insgesamt vermittelt das Gerät einen sehr durchdachten Eindruck. Für alle, die ihren Blutdruck regelmäßig kontrollieren möchten und dabei Wert auf moderne Funktionen und einfache Bedienung legen, ist das OMRON X7 Smart AFib eine klare Empfehlung.

Ho preso l’Omron X7 Smart perché cercavo un misuratore serio, non il solito giocattolino da pochi euro. Avendo bisogno di tenere sotto controllo la pressione con regolarità, volevo uno strumento che fosse il più vicino possibile a quelli che usa il medico, e questo modello non ha deluso le aspettative. La cosa che mi ha convinto di più è la possibilità di fare lo screening per la fibrillazione atriale (AFib). Ti dà una tranquillità in più durante la misurazione, perché rileva eventuali irregolarità nel battito che altri apparecchi ignorano. Ovviamente non sostituisce una visita, ma è un campanello d'allarme molto utile da avere in casa. Il bracciale "Intelli Wrap" è la parte migliore: è rigido e si posiziona praticamente da solo, quindi non hai più il dubbio di averlo messo male o troppo storto. In più, si collega via Bluetooth all’app sul telefono e scarica i dati in automatico. È una comodità incredibile perché quando vado dal medico gli mostro direttamente i grafici sul cellulare senza dover scrivere tutto a mano su un foglietto. È un apparecchio un po’ più ingombrante rispetto ai modelli base e il prezzo non è basso, ma stiamo parlando di salute e della precisione di una marca leader. Se cercate il massimo della precisione e volete monitorare il cuore seriamente, vale ogni centesimo speso. Lo ricomprerei domani stesso.

The measurement part seems ok. The quality is good. But the device will not pair with your app if in Singapore or Australia. Seems the app in these countries isn’t up to date. So maybe this gets fixed. The app also isn’t very good compared to the European app (eg no app for the iPad). I had to switch AppStore (a pain on Apple) and download the UK app and it works fine now.
