Review: Consistency is Key - Beginning of March, ferritin was a 12. I could barely get out of bed, was having heart palps, anxiety, depression, dizzy when standing up, and no energy. I started taking these at night on an empty stomach with a vitamin C supplement every other night. I also added a beef liver supplement, vitamin d, and magnesium (took those pills middle of day, not at same time). Fast forward to middle of April and my ferritin rose to 41. I also added red meat and spinach too. I’ve had zero stomach issues on this pill and it’s been a life saver. I’m starting to feel normal again. 50% of the way to where I’d like my levels to be as an endurance athlete that runs 20-30 miles a week and weight trains.
