Awesome "pro" Podcaster Mic for great price
The Fifine Tank3 microphone, a USB and XLR microphone is suitable for podcasting and recording vocals. Overall, I really like the Fifine Tank3 microphone very much, especially considering its price point of less than $100. Here are some key points :Build quality and design: I'm super impressed with the build quality of the Fifine Tank3. It has a solid metal chassis and feels like a professional microphone. The design is sleek and aesthetically pleasing.Sound quality: I think I prefer the sound quality of the Fifine Tank3 over the Rode PodMic, a popular podcasting microphone. This is because the Tank3 has a richer and bassier sound that is more suitable for my voice (imo).Features: The Fifine Tank3 has a mute button, a headphone jack, and gain control. It also has a triple anti-noise interference feature.Connectivity: The Fifine Tank3 is unique in that it can be connected via USB-C or XLR. This makes it a good choice for beginners who may not have a sound interface yet, but also for more advanced users who want the option to use an XLR connection.Value: the Fifine Tank3 offers excellent value for money. It has a professional build quality, good sound quality, and versatile connectivity options, all for a price that is less than many other comparable microphones.Overall, I highly recommend the Fifine Tank3 microphone to anyone looking for a good quality microphone for podcasting, recording vocals, or other audio recording applications. It is a great option for beginners and mid-level users alike.

Exceeded expectations
I was pleasantly surprised with this. The quality of the sound and the quality of the build is exceptional. Looks so sleek and premium and sound quality is awesome. I use this for work calls as well as dabbling in some content creation and couldn’t ask for more!

Best budget microphone?
This microphone is a STEAL, it's amazing being used as an XLR and it's great when used via USB. Incredible value for money and build quality. Honestly this could be the best mic on the market for under £100

Best sub £100 microphone?
I think this is probably one of the best options for somebody who is starting out creating content. The build quality is very good with its all metal construction and it has a bit of weight to it which makes it feel more premium. The sound quality is very good too, you’re able to record into your PC directly with USB or you can use an XLR cable to go into a mixer which opens up much more flexibility with how you can control your sound If you use the USB connector, you can also connect your headphones to the back of the microphone to use it as a Sound card! As always fifine have created yet another affordable and good microphone! Would definitely recommend!

A decent enough mic that is the same price as branded options
This microphone comes from the Chinese brand ‘Fifine’….No, I’ve never heard of them before. The microphone is called Amplitank. The microphone comes boxed in a brown cardboard box with black printing. Inside the box, there is a layer of foam, with the main attraction underneath. The microphone sits in a foam cutout, accompanied by a long USB C to USB A lead. You also ge a set of instructions as well. The microphone itself feels well made. It has an all-metal construction. The metal arm has a standard screw fitting, allowing it to be attached to a mic stand. The arm has a nice smooth action and allows the mic to be pivoted smoothly and, more importantly, quietly. On the mic, there are three buttons - One for gain, one for headphone volume and one for mute / unmute. On the rear of the mic, there are three inputs - One for an XLR cable, one for USB C and one for headphones to monitor your sound coming out of the mic.The USB C and XLR settings mean that this mic can be used in a number of ways. It can be plugged into a computer via USB C (the instructions also mention games machines), or more traditionally through a mixer with the XLR cable. The mic works through the computer without you having to install any specific software. You can, if you wish, just use it for your Teams call. A bit overkill, perhaps, but possible none the less.I would have really liked to have seen this come with some sort of carry case or bag. As it stands, you will have to keep the mic in the cardboard box it arrives in if you want to offer it any form of protection. The price is currently around ninety quid. For a similar price, you can get a branded podcast. mic from Rode. Personally, if it meant paying the same amount, I would go for the branded option from a company with an established reputation in sound engineering.
