There is absolutely no indication of how the heck the two arms of the mop release to let the mop head be put on and taken off .............. THE ISSUE WAS RESOLVED BY THE SELLER E-MAILING ME A LARGER INSTRUCTION SHEET! ... MANY THANKS TO THEM FOR THEIR FAST RESPONSE!!

The ad is a bit deceiving. It states that it comes with 2 replacement heads. The picture shows the mop with a mop head on it and 2 replacement heads to the side.I received only the 2 replacement heads.There was not a 3rd mop head in the box.Have not used it yet but the product seemed stout.We'll see.
