ZERO STARS Just use the coarsest sandpaper you can and save yourself the hassle
DO NOT BUY! It absolutely shreds your skin and doesn’t even get all of the hair. I’ve messed up shaving, at home lazering, and waxing while learning the process and have irritated my skin. But never HAVE I EVER been in real PAIN from a hair removal product. It burns so so so bad and the heat coming off of the rashy areas makes me wonder if there are strong chemicals built in as well that GiGi doesn’t disclose.

Definitely works, just not sure if it's my preferred method of hair removal
I've always been really curious about these type of hair removers, but hadn't previously tried one. I was skeptical about if/how it would actually remove hair. I'll start by saying it does remove hair. It isn't difficult to use, you just apply it with medium pressure to your skin and move it in circles like a buffing motion. It doesn't hurt per say, although it does feel rough/abrasive in certain areas, which isn't exactly a pleasant sensation. I used it on my legs that I had not previously shaved for the last few weeks. It was very effective along the sides of my legs and my calves, but it was much more difficult to effectively move hair along my shinbone, around the ankles, and around the knees. After about 5 minutes of buffing the bottom half of one leg, I had sucessfully removed almost all of the hair from the majority of the area, except around the ankles and knees, which still had a lot of hair. I tried my best to target those areas by pulling my skin taut and using just a small corner of the buffer to get into the smaller areas, and was able to get a good amount of hair removed from my ankles, and less from my knee area. I'm sure that with more time I could have gotten more, but a few places on my leg were starting to feel a bit raw, and I had already spent almost 10 minutes on half of one leg. For that reason, I'm not sure if I recommend it. I like the concept, but it took me quite a bit longer to remove the hair than shaving would have, and I still had to get into the shower to do it since the hair goes everywhere. I also washed my leg with soap and water afterwards because it felt itchy, and followed up with lotion as the instructions recommend. I think if you like these method of hair removal, that it's an effective option, but if you are perhaps looking for a quicker or easier alternative to shaving, I don't think this is any easier or faster. It does not say anywhere on the listing how you clean it, but seeing as the buffing part has hair/skin on it after use, I'm hoping it's fine to rinse it.

It's alright but not different from others just like it
I bought a cheaper type of this same item a couple of years ago to get rid of leg hair. It helped slow the hair growth and with lotion there has been a big improvement in hair growth speed and how thick it's grown back. I decided to try and find a better version and found this product. But after comparing it's clear there is very little difference and the more expensive version doesn't do the same thing more efficiently. It's still takes sime and it's easy to miss spots on the legs, but the process is an improvement on having to shave every couple of days and having stubble come right back. Full disclosure I'm a guy so my hair may have been growing faster than women, but seems after a couple of years of use I now only cut my leg hair weekly. Useful product but doesn't seem like a major difference from cheaper versions. Remember to use only on dry legs and use lotion aftet, otherwise it can cause skin irritation.

Really Works -- For Best Results Rinse or Brush Out Often
I absolutely love Nano Shavers. As someone with very sensitive skin that constantly requires a fresh blade (or else it makes me suffer its wrath with never-ending ingrown hairs), this device is a must-have. It is easy to use -- simply use circular motions on the skin you are trying to shave. This works best when you stretch the skin taut and you will likely find that it doesn't work as well on areas where your skin folds. The trick to the best shave is to rinse the device regularly, ideally with a heavy stream of water that can blast the dead skin and hair out of the grid. (see tip at bottom for a fast method of cleaning) To be fair, this will take considerably more time than shaving with a razor, but it will give you a smoother, more comfortable shave. I can't go back to a traditional razor on my calves now, though I do still use one to clean up the harder-to-shave areas like behind the knee. It also shouldn't be used on sensitive areas -- I haven't tested it personally but I believe the warning. Overall I am very happy with this Nano Shaver and highly recommend it. I haven't had any issues with this that isn't to be expected from all nano shavers. Tip: I keep a cheap cleaning toothbrush around just for washing this out. It speeds up my rinse time considerably and is very easy to use.

Not worth it
Worked great for about 2mins. Now it doesn’t remove any hair at all while still managing to sandpaper 6 layers of skin off. And I have fine blonde hair so I’m not asking much of it.
