I wear bone conduction headphones a lot mainly Shotz open run ,but wanted a 2 piece set so thought I would give these a go ,to be honest I set up the user sound preferences on the app as I like clean vocals due to pod cast and audiobooks and there awesome easy paired,very well built and comfortable so now my preference

comes with a very nice packaging which feels it will keep delivery safe and includes everything needed along with warranty paper and manual etc.it's on ear and comes with a neckband which makes it much safer especially during activity. great looking and fits to headphones amazing. very nice plusthe earphones comes within a nice bayern munchen logo case/box that is also charger. very nice design and i liked a lot. it supports usb-c charging plugs.have used for 3-4 hours and no issue with capacity but they claim 7.5 hours in one go and 30 hours with the charging case/box.manual navigates you to baseus app which requires location, user content and contact info permissions but since i'm ios user and i did not allow and works ok.you need to sign in to app but they also have a Guest mode which i personally use and will not register on app.without baseus app i couldnt pair with my phone. bluetooth wasnt able to find device but not sure if that's only me or everyone will have. that took me to install the app to be honest. but did not allow any permission.after app is installed and device is added the bluetooth found immediately and connected successfully.the earphones are looking amazing. fitted my ears very good and no issue with gesture controls on the earphones. you can use app to amend the gestures as i see but i will leave as default.the sound quality is ok but personally i found default equlizer setup very weak. all modes look very similar which is ok but i recommend to create a custom one which immediately improves sound quality and volume. much much better if you know eq settings and i definitely suggest. defaults are poor.since this is open-ear earphones it makes super safe to ride with low to medium volume. the sound is easily heard from outside after a certain level. so a good to know if used in public transport or quite places.overall, i think amazing design, poor app, average sound quality and reasonable price. if your expectation from a sound system is high definitely not for you but for someone like me that is ok for average quality and price then i can definitely suggest to add your wishlist.

I have had many earbud earphones and disliked the sound and the way they fitted into the ear, however I decided to give these Tozo open-ear phones a chance and I must say I was not disappointedYou Can download the app and you have a number of preset sounds.I also ordered the Tozo O2 which were excellent but in comparison with these I decided to keep the baseusJust had the edge on sound claritythese are better than my over the ear headphones which cost a lot more money

These are fantastic i watched one of my favorite youtubers, Flossy Carter and he was singing the praises of these he is 100% correct,for the money you pay these are the bargain of the year. Baseus, you have made a great ,affordable product that punches well above its weight 10/10.

The best open ear I've had so far, and I've tried many. it's so light and comfortable that I usually forget I'm wearing it, my only issue is that if the volume is too low the connection cuts off.

These open-ear earphones are perfect for sporty lifestyles, offering a comfortable fit and solid sound quality without blocking out your surroundings. I've never used this kind of earphones before, so it took a while to get used to because they deviate from traditional earphones quite a bit.While the £69.99 price tag is a bit steep, they're reasonable in sound quality and build quality, so overall, they're pretty good, and I can't complain about them.

Sceptical having been disappointed on numerous occasions, but hopeful after opening the smart case. They looked and felt top quality. I linked to my iPhone and the sound was very good. Imagine my surprise when I downloaded the app and applied the Low Frequency switch. The sound is fantastic! How do they get the bass so full and rounded! They are so comfortable too. Inevitably the on ear controls are fiddly but I will soon conquer them. Very pleased.

I bought these as IEMs were starting to irritate my ears. After watching reviews praising them for their sound quality I pulled the trigger.These are not detailed. They are extremely bass heavy. Even on the treble boost eq the finer details are drowned out by bass. I don't know if this is a limitation of the open form factor though.Touch controls work but not reliably responsive. It takes a few attempts to get them to accept the input.The app works, but again is not reliable. I tried to adjust the EQ but apparently I had spatial audio enabled which stopped eq changes. When I selected disable spatial audio nothing happened. I had to restore default settings to adjust eq.For £44 I paid these are fine but I'd have preferred less gimmicks in favour of fewer but more reliable functions and better sound.I've had no complaints about my call quality though.Unrelated to the product itself, mine arrived with the box ripped in two and the charging case deeply scratched (pictured). This didn't effect the functioning but it's sad that a supposedly brand new product looks like it fell off the truck on the way to me.Update. Baseus reached out and offered a full refund based on my experience described above. While I would have preferred to be a happy customer after receiving my order I can't fault their response and appreciate the offer.
