They do have cushion. I can wear them pretty much all day and not get aching feet. Like my title says, I have no arch in both feet, so finding any type of shoe, whether it be heels, sandals, boots, etc. that's actually comfortable is a real shock. I ordered them a size 10, which is my shoe size.
