We purchased 2 of these bikes for our family, which is comprised of folks 6'-3" down to 5'-3" (males and females) and they work for all of us. They are incredibly sturdy and durable and the flexibility of using them as bike only, electric only or in hybrid mode is great. Yes, they are a bit heavy but this is not an issue for any of us, even the 5'-3", 125 lbs female. The assembly is straight forward - just watch the videos as they are extremely helpful. Lastly, the customer service is absolutely outstanding!!! I had a minor issue with one of the bikes and they were incredibly quick to response and very helpful with the issue. I would rate them 10 stars if I could.

It’s a fun bike it goes so fast that you need goggles. The bike is easy to put together directions kind of suck to be honest. Putting it together took about 2 hours. It’s packaged nicely with lots of zip ties. The tools come with bike be careful with Allen wrench’s they strip very easily. The battery needs to be locked in correctly or it will pop out if you hit a bump. Fat tires take some time to get used to it’s hard to explain. If you lean the bike wants to turn more than thin tire bike. I had to add air to the tires but thinking 20psi is a little too much. Had to fix one connector that got crushed in shipping

This is one incredible bike. I have had a few questions and got almost immediate responses. Great customer service. Also got it a week early, which was a great surprise. I rode in the rain and got soaker, but the bike was stable. Found out the front motor is not supposed to go as fast from the factory. I am guessing it's a safety thing. It's only been a short time, but man I love this thing.

Delivered with minor damage to the box but contents were in perfect condition. Was quite a bit of assembly required but not rocket science. Tools provided will get the assembly done. First test drive felt good and stable so tested maximum power option and it's fast enough for me. Didn't reach the advertised 47 mph on the provided speedometer. All of my current experience is positive

Powerful bike. Ride is kind of stiff. I wouldn't characterize it as smooth but not bad. I'm 5'9" and my feet just barely touch the ground with the seat all the way down and 26" tires. So, if I bought another one I would the 24" tires. It needs a rear-view mirror and a brake light for street use. Especially needs a mirror. Works off road no problem even in wet grass/mud. Be sure to use a helmet.

After assembling the bike, the front motor would not engage. Response to the problem was prompt. After diagnosis, the problem was with the switch. A front motor and switch was sent & I replaced the switch. I am happy with the bike and will put it to the test come spring turkey season.
