I can not wear any of those narrow, high heel, uncomfortable (for me) dance sandals - and jazz dance shoes or dance sneakers just don't look so pretty. I just couldn't find any dance shoes that worked for me. Now I am so happy to know that I can convert any shoes or sandals I like into dance shoes! The soles are easy to attach, you can adjust the shape by cutting them, and they really stay on, I have used them for a while now. The industrial glue smelled bad at first, but after a few days of leaving them outside the smell was totally gone. I put them on the soles of my white Keds for weekly dance classes and dance socials. I cut the material out so that it just barely projected beyond the rubber soles per the advice of my dance teacher so that I wouldn't "catch" an edge. They're holding up great. Still firmly attached. I only put the shoes on once I'm at the dance and take them off before I leave.
