Poor quality. Got it for my 87 year old mom when she moved into long term care. the ring is either so quiet she can't hear it or it wakes the dead. When she calls her voice is distorted to the point I can't hear her well. DON"T BUY THIS CRAP!!!!

THE PHONE IS LIGHT WEIGHT AND EASY TO HANDLE.

This is the only landline phone I can use when the power goes out. It is easy to use and light weight. There is static when I got a call. But it isn't that bad to use during an emergency.
