I purchased this based on a friends recommendation- it works so much better than all others I’ve tried for hangovers (I only used it the day after drinking). We bought a 30 pack and gave them out as part of the party favors- recipients reached out saying how it cured their hangover! It got rid of their headache, gave them energy to function and made them feel much better after a long day of drinking. The flavor and drinkability is much better than all others I’ve had- not overly sweet, not salty, and all of the flavors were delicious. Dissolves very well with no residuals at the bottom. Other brands’ flavors are hit or miss so I end up with extras of a certain flavor rejects. I dont leave product reviews too often but people need to know about this product!

I tried many electrolytes and vitamins products before for the nature of my job and I ABSOLUTELY love this!!The benefits are instant and the taste is so good with very lil almost zero calories! Plus there are so many other great benefits, vitamins and keeps hunger down ( more hydration less hunger ) yey! I recommend this 100%

Hydralyte is a lifesaver! It keeps me feeling great and properly hydrated, whether I’m recovering from a tough workout, a long day in the sun, or after a night of drinking. The media could not be loaded. I do like the product and its flavor. I have also noticed that it really helps to drink one in the morning before starting my day. Only issue is that in my box I have now had 4 packets that were sealed and full of air, but no powder at all.

Bought this on a new year health kick. I assume it's working, I guess I'll see at my annual physical when I get bloodwork done on my liver! The taste is VERY strong, so I use extra water with mine, it takes a bit of practice to get the taste just right.

For some reason this product wasn't right for me I don't know if it was the taste or the flavor but one thing's for sure hydralyte took the time to listen to my concerns and made it right with me customer service at Hydralyte was excellent I would purchase the product again just not that flavor thank you Hydralyte.
