Professional Set of Large Chopping Board Catering Food Prep Cutting Colour Coded

Works well at preventing cross contamination at home, this is to go with my other colour coded chopping boards, as I have done level 2 food safety training in the past, as I didn't have brown for vegetables and White for Dairy, I can't leave a separate review for that as annoyingly Amazon keeps redirecting me to this product as I left a review on here, I needed these to complete my set.

I know it's odd to be so pleased with a chopping board but I purchased this as a writing block to rest my journal on when I'm writing in bed, on the sofa or outside in the garden. It's big enough for my b5 size notebook, some pens and some ephemera. It's sturdy enough to rest on and light enough so it's not too heavy across my lap. Wish I'd thought of this earlier instead of trying to find large enough hardback books to rest on.

Thickness is good; ease of cleaning; colour good and, definitely good value for money.

These are very good quality they were just too big for my kitchen drawer so returned them

I haven’t used it yet as it arrived yesterday but as regards quality and appearance it fulfills my expectations and I feel sure that it is going to be a good addition to my kitchen !

I'd originally bought a similar cutting board locally. I accidentally damaged it, so it needed replacing, and this one is essentially identical, but cheaper than the one I bought locally. So far I'm very happy with it.
