I'm 5"1, around 120 lbs. I would say this top fits more like a size small. However, it is forgiving and somewhat stretchy. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the quality isn't as great as I had hoped, but it's cute enough I would still recommend, and I myself plan on purchasing in other colors. I'll still order a size medium, but I would suggest if you're between sizes or unsure, choose your larger size.
