I was sceptical about this spray. I applied it on my aching leg muscles (usually my calves) before going to bed and woken up feeling fine in the morning. I thought that was probably more down to the rest. But one morning, having not used the spray, my legs were still sore, so I used it and within 30 minutes they were fine! I squirt it five or so times to each calf then rub it in. It can feel a little ’itchy’ at first, but that quickly dissipates. It hasn’t given me any issues yet and I do have sensitive skin. So, I think it’s been really good and will keep on using it!

People say that magnesium is a quick way to relieve muscle tension. I find it relaxes me and helps me drop off to sleep quicker. I enjoy using it in a spray format. It’s easy just to spray the soles of my feet with a couple of pumps. This oil rubs in quickly and leaves my feet feeling super soft. I don’t know the science behind it, or whether it is the placebo effect, but it has become part of my nighttime ritual and it works for me. I am happy with this spray and look forward to using it.

I've become a fan of Magnesium over the past year of using it with good results as far as energy level and rest. But this is the first time I had tried a spray version. I've used it several times now after long walks or running and have found some benefit. The benefit could be the simple act of massage but I can't complain either way. Has a slight scent that is not unpleasant. Good quantity and easy to apply as a spray. Recommended!

Great oil which very easy to take. Its spraying and have a good taste to. Set contains 2 bottles, enough for a long period of time. Price for them I think is great. So Im happy to have it.

Having been finding sleeping difficult for a while now, I have been using several of these magnesium sprays that are currently available on the market. For your money, you receive two bottles of the magnesium spray, both 60ml each in size, and sealed in plastic. These are then put in a sealable plastic bag for extra protection during transportation. One of the first things that came to my attention is that this is advertised as Magnesium Oil Spray, but looking at the ingredients list reveals that this product is 100% Magnesium Chloride Brine. The fact that this is brine does not necessarily affect the product's functionality, but I do feel that labelling it as an oil spray when it is brine-based is rather misleading. As with any new skin product, for first use I completed a patch test on my leg; with no allergic reaction in sight, I then sprayed eight sprays (four on each foot) and then rubbed the liquid in. This seems to be the correct amount for me (there is no guidance on how much of the product to use on the packaging). The spray soaks in within 20 minutes and can leave a very light tingling feeling on the soles of your feet. Application of this product is very easy. When applying, make sure that this is the last thing you do in bed before you go to sleep; although the product absorbs into your feet within 20 minutes, it does leave an oily-feeling, brine-y liquid on your soles which, I assure you, is NO fun if you have laminate flooring throughout your house like I do! Allowing it to soak in overnight will ensure no slips, trips, or falls. I must admit; I sleep really well using this product. My sleep is deep and I experience quite vivid dreams (no nightmare, all pleasant dreams). For those who may been dubious about this product, I definitely recommend giving it a go if you are having trouble sleeping. Overall: Recommended. Give this product a try; it may very well work for you. ALWAYS complete a patch test.
