Awesome Chair
I've had chairs like this before and this is by far the best quality one I've had. Couldn't be happier. Super easy to put together and very comfortable with a lot of different positioning options. Really high quality and well built chair. Thank you!

Solid, 5-Star (Adjustable!) Chair
Just got this and set it up ... have only used it for a day or two, but already can say it seems to be what I was looking for.My computer setup and work is super ergo, with multiple monitors (at eye height!), orthonormal split keyboard, and everything adjusted as well as it can be. BUT long days at the computer continue to take their toll, and in addition back and shoulder pain, I was starting to get hip and low back pain, presumably for all the slouching and poor postures than standard chairs tend to exacerbate.I decide on this particular kneeling chair, because it is ADJUSTABLE. This chair adjusts perfectly for me in the current setup, but I seriously doubt a general, "out of the box" (non-adjustable) configuration would have worked for this chair.(Most office chairs are adjustable, body types just vary to much for one size fits all. Kneeling chairs need to adjust, too!)The chair is nice, solid and easy to put together. They even sent a notebook and pen, and cute wooden phone holder. Clearly, they care about their product and its purpose. The chair still takes some getting used to. With the correct adjustments, the height is actually a little more than I was expecting (for the height of my desk), but no problem, I got taller wrist wrests and raised my center monitor, and the whole setup is quite comfortable. The most notable point is that it is really difficult to have bad posture in this chair. It "forces" you to be upright, and also keeps you from slouching side-to-side, without feeling unnatural. It's likely that I'll switch back-and-forth to the regular chair after some hours, in the same way that people with standing desks also sit periodically, or how there really is no one "most comfortable" position to sleep in - it's natural to change positions after some time. The one odd thing is that there is really not much position for your feet. This seems obvious, but I can't really put my feet flat, so they are pointed slightly (as they would be if you were sitting on your knees). This is probably somewhat intrinsic to sitting chair, and is just ... part of the positioning. It does also work to put one (or two) feet in front, on slightly cross the legs, for some variation while sitting. But the general feel is just comfort, as I can tell my arms are actually hanging correctly (relief!), and there is just no stress or twist in my low back. It does take a little effort, which is why I'll likely need to switch back to my standard chair periodically, but the effort is just a reminder, and easy way, to continually work on your posture. I'm curious if this feel ever more comfortable, after a month of the mild stretching and strengthening that results from setting in this chair.Overall, 100% happy with the purchase, and would recommend, especially to anyone who needs some additional ergo in their office setup.

Quality matters
I paid a little more compared to others that were similar but I don't regret my decision.Easy to assemble, high quality materials, effective online support and it feels great when we sit on it.I highly recommend.

This chair might just be a winner...
I bought this chair because the Fortune 500 big tech overlords for whom I work decided it would save the company a bunch of money on rent if workers would just permanently stay home and work remotely. This left me with a mediocre chair at home suddenly becoming the chair that I sat in for 9 continuous hours of work. Back and neck problems naturally became part of my life in the following months. One option was to go ahead and buy one of the $1000+ ergo chairs that we used to have in the office, but that would also require the purchase of an adjustable height desk for around the same amount of money.I have the same cheap taste in furniture (IKEA) as whoever made the ad campaign or this chair. Seeing the familiar white desk in the ad, I decided to try out this new chair concept.I sit on this thing for an hour at a time, and then I get up to stretch. So far, no knee pain.-Be sure to use all of the adjustment features until you find a setting that you like.-The chair seems more comfortable when you rest your knees on the lower pad versus trying to rest your shins there.-The rocking motion is perhaps this chairs best feature.-The chair sits slightly higher than a standard office chair, so...-To take full advantage of this chair, without messing up your neck, I highly recommend getting a monitor arm that allows you to raise the height of your monitor.-Thus far the cushions have been quite decent, though I am not sure how they will stand up over time.I am 185cm tall (6'1"). The IKEA desk in the photos stands about 70cm high. In order for my monitor to be directly in front of my face (so that I do not have to look down at it, causing neck pain) I had to raise the monitor to a height where the bottom of the monitor is 35cm above the desk surface. In short, if you are a taller person, this chair will put you at a height that is higher than a normal chair on a normal setting might. You'll need to compensate for that unless you plan on straining your neck to look downwards at your notebook or monitor. If you have using this chair to do non-computer work, such as studying, you won't have to worry about this.As mentioned by other reviewers, the assembly instructions are extremely basic. However the pamphlet has a QR code on it, which you can scan using your cellphone's camera, and which will lead you to an assembly video. If you are the type of person who has difficulty with elementary level geometric puzzles, I suggest watching the assembly video. The average person will obviously find this chair to be less comfortable than an expensive gaming chair or ergo office chair, but comfort isn't the goal with this chair. Therefor, if you are a parent trying to limit your kids PC times, this chair might actually help with that. Likewise if you are a person trying to cut back on PC screen time, you might want to buy this chair. After a long day of sitting up in the correct posture, I want nothing more than to go sit on the sofa, away from the PC, and if that makes sense to you then this chair just might be a winner.-------------------Update after 10 days of continuous use: Experiencing knee pain at this time. Back pain from previous office chair has been reduced, probably thanks to this chair. Knee pain for the first time in my life, so the point where it hinders my daily walks/jogs. I recommend this chair for short term use only, with a suitably high desk. Slight abdominal burn after using it for a week, thanks to boredom and the chair's ability to rock back and forth. A nice mini abdominal workout.

A Gamechanger!
First off, I want to say that I put this entire thing together without the instructions from how easy it is to understand. I didn't even see that it had instructions and was a little upset about that originally but it was in one of the bags holding the cushions. I don't think the instructions would be much help to anyone and honestly made things more confusing when I was wondering what some hardware was for. It's kinda just "Put x, y, and z together using a" without descriptions so if you're looking for in-depth instructions, you won't get that.Anyway, this is incredibly comfortable and pleasing to my neuro-spicy brain. If you like to wear shorts, the fabric can be a bit rough but it's not too bad (from someone that cannot stand most textures). The cushions are squishy, though I can imagine that they'll wear relatively quickly. I used it for maybe 10 minutes when I first assembled it and the cushion didn't fill back in for a while. While actually sitting in it, I feel no pressure on my knees at all, which is truly amazing. There's light pressure on your shins from where they're resting on the edge of the cushion but it's barely noticeable. Otherwise, the only pressure is on your butt and the back of your thighs. I can imagine that this will help with my gamer posture since it's hard to stay slouched in this chair without putting uncomfortable pressure on your lower back over time. This will also help with my focus since sometimes I rock in my chair and it's relieving not worrying about possibly breaking my chair anymore. For the actual quality of the chair itself, I think it could be a bit more sturdy. The top seat wobbles a little if you move your hips at all but I haven't had issues with screws coming undone or anything. The holes for the screws don't line up perfectly so it can take a minute to align them to put the two halves together. The struggle of aligning the holes and screws is totally worth it though. All the pros from this totally outweigh the cons.TLDR;PROS: - Easy assembly - Comfortable cushions - Adjustable heights - Rocks lightly - Easy to initially sit in - None to minimal pressure on knees - Likely can help with postureCons: - Useless instructions - Non-aligned holes for screws - Top seat parts wobbles lightly & will likely shorten its lifespan if you wobble it a lot
