Finger print started giving problem after six months use. Had to set finger prints again. Now working good.

Looks good and silver lock matched with my other locks hence merged without attracting any special attention that any room has biometric lock. Works swiftly and battery life is very good. Although have used it for a week only but still have charged once only. Installation is simple but carpenter might be required if one is not familiar with the lock. App is also simple and works. For the price it’s a nice product. Hassle of opening with key all the time is removed and operation becomes very smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend it.

The build quality feels solid and premium, but the fingerprint sensor has been frustrating, it fails to recognize my fingerprint even my family members fingerprint about 80% of the time. Additionally, the Bluetooth range is disappointingly short, often disconnecting even at a moderate distance. Updates after using 6-7 month. The Customer care service is worse than the product. The product doest even work properly after few days. They dont even bother to resolve the issue. Instead they are asking the video of non working product again and again after sharing the video twice. I am going to pass the issue to consumer helpline.
