How do I use my FreezeSleeve for Cold Therapy?

Store in the freezer for a minimum of 2 hours. Product may be left in the freezer indefinitely until ready to use. It will remain flexible when frozen. Remove the product prior to defrosting the freezer. Cold therapy will last 15-20 minutes.

How do I use my FreezeSleeve for Hot Therapy?

To heat, remove your Freeze Sleeve from the storage bag. Microwave for 30 seconds, then hold your Freeze Sleeve firmly against the skin, it should feel warm to the touch not HOT. Reheat in 10 second increments until desired temperature is reached.

Where should I store my FreezeSleeve?

Always store your Freeze Sleeve in the provided resealable & recyclable bag. Keep the unit in the sealed bag when storing in the freezer or anytime it is not being used. Your Freeze Sleeve will stay flexible when frozen.

What if I am between sizes?

If you are between sizes, it is recommended that you order the larger size to ensure proper fit.

How do you clean FreezeSleeve?

To clean, use a damp cloth to mildly rub the outer layer of fabric. Allow FreezeSleeve to completely air dry before putting it back into the freezer. Do not get your Freeze Sleeve wet.

Excellent, so easy to use

Why did you pick this product vs others?: These are excellent. I have now bought 4, two for my sister. She likes hot, I like cold. I'd say the fit is a slight bit big, but I think XS would be too tight. These stay cold for 15-20 minutes, very very cold right out of freezer, protect your skin for at least 10 minutes. Thousand times easier to use on arms than ice pack. Not sure about durability yet, but worth the cost.

Great for baseball!

I bought these for my son who pitches for baseball. They are so convenient and always ready to go. I keep them in my cooler for after the game. They fit pretty well to size.

Great!

I use this to help relieve my tennis elbow pain. Fits well, and stays put. Initially this ice pack is VERY cold but does seem to lose its intense cold quickly. Remains cold for the 15 minutes I use it at a time. Does have a strange chemical smell, which might dissipate over time and use. Comes with reusable plastic bags for freeze storage.
