This has almost zero percussive value. No resonance and little if any differentiation between high and low sounds. Don’t waste your money.

The product is fine except that they didn't specify that it is a children's instrument. I bought it for my husband and was terribly disappointed. Craftsmanship seems fine but it certainly isn't able to be used by adults at all

Pointless. There is very little, like really no, sound from it. A cardboard box would serve the purpose and sound better.

The model in the picture has the correct item number, but the description is incorrect. This model is made of Birch Composition. The model of the description looks identical to this one, but that model is indeed made of Rubber Wood. It's about $10.00 more for the Rubber Wood but supposedly you can not tell the difference in the sound. The Birch has an unbelievable sound for the money! Highly recommend to take anywhere...and it is certainly good enough for a beach drum circle...adult and children both, love it equally!

It makes a basic knock on wood sound and has no snare.That's fine if you only want it to have that basic sound. It's light & small but beyond that it's not great for percussion variety.

Leider absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Ganz schlechter Klang, da kann man gleich eine Zigarrenkiste nehmen. Direkt nach dem Auspacken retour. Das können andere besser, auch wenn man von kleinen Holzkisten nicht viel erwarten kann.

Was really looking forward to these arriving however my son or daughter doesn't like them and they don't sound like normal bongos they sound like a hollow block of wood. Which is what they are.
