Just used it today for a coworker, I hooked it up wrong the initial time and told her to start the car, oops. Nothing, no drama, just a little green indicator telling me to reverse the connection. I connected the clamps correctly and it started right up. This unit is very nice and compact, extremely simple to use and obviously idiot proof for a person like me.

This jumper is real deal. I had a complete dead battery, each time I used it the start was immediate. It is way to easy to use as a female who's out often alone. When I would go to store and my car was dead I felt confident I was ok without asking for help. I got my battery replaced and now I don't use it. Just keep it in my car.

Been having some battery problems and needing to get my car jump started. Dealership hasn’t been able to replicate the problem so I’ve been on my own for now, which is why I decided to purchase this. I was at home the very first time I tried to use it, and it didn’t work, but that may have been user error on my end because I charged it again and then connected it to the car battery and it worked like a charm! The only thing I can think of is I had the order of operations wrong for connecting the cables the first time, so if you have issues that may be why. I have successfully used it twice now, once to jump my car (2016 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid) and then jump started a friend’s Honda civic. I’m definitely happy with this purchase and it gives me peace of mind.

Worked perfectly the first time. My battery was completely dead and it still jumped the car in seconds. I like that it’s compact and comes with everything you need. Great to have for emergencies.

Truck battery was dead. Used in a 2020 Chevy Colorado ZR2 V6. Only took 25% of the battery usage and fired right up! This thing is more powerful than I thought it would be for the price def would recommend and buy again!

I had high hopes after seeing a majority of good reviews, but mine doesn’t work. It’s completely charged to 100%, but the power button is malfunctioning. It doesn’t even register that I’m pressing the power button. I can’t turn on the light, nor can I turn on the battery pack in the first place to even charge my car. I bought it months ago, but I haven’t needed to use it yet, so I didn’t realize it was an issue until now. But now it’s been so long that I can’t really return it. Waste of money. :/
