Been taking these for years! I'm the humid summer months they practically melt in your mouth. In the dry winter months they're hard and you have to chew them. Very tart, so keep that in mind if you're not a fan of tart flavors. Love that I've had these on subscribe & save for so long and, unlike other items in my subscribe & save, these have not been canceled on me. So I can rely on these being delivered monthly.

Quick & Easy to take - But, way too tart for me-over 50 yrs old - maybe kids will like it?I prefer the Gummies or Effervescent tablets.
