Good backup
The back up is excellent. I think it back up my router more than 6 hours. I didn't even think it could backup that long but Why im giving 4 star instead of 5 star. Let me clear it up. The back up is excellent but when the power supply went out it doesn't backup instantly it restart and start backup with no interruption. That's the only reasion i didn't give 5 star. Over all this is a very good and reliable product. I think Amazon basic item are good and reliable

Good to have
With 2.4Ghz and 5.0Ghz on, with using the internet, I got exactly 3Hr 20min backup on the very next day of purchase. It is the real data and pretty good. Extremely easy to integrate into existing system

Kya karein ab iska?
Value for money. Itne paise me aisa hi milega. Would not have been so negative if return option was available. Product support says "troubleshoot on your own". The cable does not fits with my router. 3N cables came with the product. None of it works. Can't return so stuck with it so would be using it as a backup power supplu for my trimer. Or will use as a collectible and sell for good cash in post war world, i guess.

It’s a life saver especially with common power outages, and a great investment for someone who works from home.

Good product but limited use due to only DC cable input & output.
Suitable only for router which has DC connector. Not suitable for Godrej Ace cameras which has micro usb input. Need cables DC to micro USB vice a versa.Need more connection options at Input & output to serve for all routers & CC TV. Cables also to be provided with product. Good product having opportunity to expand by providinv in Input & Output more options.

3 hrs 7 min backup
Getting backup 3 hrs 7 min for my 2V- 1 amps router, after 4 days of purchase. As of now good backup. 3 hrs is well enough. Note this is for 2v 1 amps router, for 2 amps router you may get less time like 2.3 hrs. It depends.Check backside of your router for amps details.

I haven't had it for long (less than a month), but so far it works great and is a very good price. No issues so far at all. I will update review if i do have issues. This is my third UPS but first from AmazonBasics. I normally buy the cyberpower one. This one is lacking the LCD screen that cyberpower has but i never use that anyway.

Have had this going for about 4 months now. Works on my Unraid server and has successfully worked when we had a few power outages. *Edit* running it for almost a year now and no problems whatsoever. Works exactly as anticipated.

Just received this UPS, so this review is not about durability and longevity. I wanted to post this info as I could not find anything on this topic before purchasing so I took a chance. Long story short, the communication protocol is compatible with the APC daemon, so it is compatible with servers such as Unraid and others using the APC daemon. I would presume it will also communicate with APC made software (or any other UPS utility using the APC daemon) running on a PC in case people don't like Amazon's software solution (I saw some complaints on this). The UPS itself is running perfectly so far, no complaints.

We purchased this Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) primarily to smooth out the power bumps and brown-outs that we often get in our area that were causing my wife's quilting machine computer to behave erratically. The UPS was very easy to set up, which was this: Take it out of the box, plug it in, wait 24 hours for the battery to reach full charge, and then plug in your devices. The default settings for sensitivity and warnings were exactly what we wanted, so no additional configuration was required. Based on these facts alone, I can recommend this product. Time will tell if it does its job properly.

Don't bother getting this or any AmazonBasics UPS. Go with a known brand. When my unit had issues and I reached out to Amazon for some support, the Amazon support agents simply repeated over and over for me to contact the manufacturer because it's outside the return policy period, but couldn't tell me who the manufacturer was that I was supposed to be contacting. After unsuccessful attempts to receive help over chat, I called Amazon using the number included in the manual(seemed to send me to a US based Amazon call center) and had the agent end the call hanging up on me despite that I wasn't rude at all and attempted to be extra friendly. Calling again through the website number, the new agent couldn't offer any insights or tips besides power cycling the unit, then they agreed to simply refund the unit under warranty; good luck trying to convince anyone at Amazon or the mysterious manufacturer to claim the $75k connected equipment guarantee if it's ever needed. Edit: After the return Amazon also charged an unmentioned restocking fee of $27.14 off the purchase price of 135.69. This event has made me realize any AmazonBasics warranty should essentially be considered nonexistant.
