Really good toasted sandwich maker.
My old Russell Hobbs sandwich maker still worked, after 12 years, but most of the Teflon coating was missing, so I thought it was time to replace it. I’m so glad I did. This is very well made, warbutons white sliced bread fits perfectly and it makes perfect toasted sandwiches in about 5 minutes cooking time, with very little mess. Very easy to clean as the plates are removable. I haven’t used the other plates as yet, but think they’ll work very well. Excellent value for money for a quality product.

Makes a good sealed toastie. Used the microwave plates for a while but no where near as good as the old fashioned electrically heated plates. No temp control on this model so so timing is key. Lovely crispy edges best part of any cheese toastie

small but mighty
we tried all of the three kinds of plates, ended up with delicious toasties and waffles. yes, it is small, so larger slices of bread do have to be squeezed in a little bit, but it's no biggie. the waffles turned out to be really good too. warms up and cooks in a reasonable amount of time, i did not keep a timer but the duration did not bother me. what you get in the end is worth the couple of minutes of wait anyways :) the piece that holds the lid closed does look and feel fragile, so i'm trying to be extra gentle with it. let's see how long it will last.

Thought it would be great, but sadly the waffle machine is just not up to the job, if your looking st this buy a SAGE waffle maker it’s a deluxe waffle maker you won’t be disappointed. Just wished SAGE did the old fashioned sandwich toaster also that seals the toasties….

Makes perfect waffles
Absolutely love this, the waffles turn out perfect. Great value for money. Really easy clean as the plates inside are removable.

Too small for bread slices
This makes great toasties but i couldn’t find a bread which suit this which made me return but it was easier to clean, easy to store.
