Ok, just wow!!! Bought this for myself because I have mobility issues and just an all around messed up body of bad bones and joints. Kindve a last ditch effort to be real. After strapping down my huge honkers I could barely do 5 minutes --- and that's a good thing! I was out of breath, my heart rate got elevated and my mood was through the roof! This has got to be one the best things for I stand mood lifting. The low impact is top tier and my muscles hurt the next day so yup, this works 100%. It's so much fun, its quick and easy and really you only need a heavy dutysport bra if you are heavy chested. My balance is better and I'm looking forward to getting more muscle and stamina out of this. I guarantee you will laugh and smile the first time you use it. Go on YouTube and see how to attach elestics. If you have bad arthritis, you might want someone else to do that part - I did it myself but my hands hurt more than usual for a few days after. Seriously, do yourself a favour and get this for yourself. And obviously the balance bar is a must for someone like me with balance issues.***Side note, I have cats and am blessed with a studio / spare room so I recognized the danger it was in if left unattended and used as a scratching post. The first challenge was putting it together but it was easy. I am 64 years old and I was able to put it together, by myself, in under 40 minutes. The bunjy, springs are durable and give the trampoline a very nice tension. They make the use of the trampoline, a quiet exercise opportunity. This one stated a weight limit of 500 pounds. As I am on the heavier side, I was afraid it would not work well but instead, it held my weight perfectly! It has increased my energy level and I look forward to using it.
