Product is working fine. Overall Great product

I purchased these 4 expansive lights by looking Honeywell brand. One is not working since day 1 and another one works erratically. I contacted mentioned customercare of Honeywell several times but no response is given. Really pathetic experience after pending Rs 8800 on these lights.

Every time you power on this device, for the first 30-35 seconds, load will be off. Imagine you using it for toilet. After you switch on toilet switch, u need to wait 30 seconds before the lights are on. Otherwise quality is good.

We purchased this Motion sensor for our Home and office, It was easy to install, and the Product comes with Screws and a Mounting plate for installation, it has connectors at the back to connect the power supply and load, Sensing range is good, and it has a comparatively slim body.

Item stopped working after 1 week. No support and no information on how to raise warranty claim

THE SELLER IS PROVIDING MISINFORMATION ….AS PER OPERATION MANUAL IN PRODUCT PACKING, WORKING CRITERIA IS 5M HEIGHT AND ONLY 3M IN WIDTH…. WHILE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION ON AMAZON WEBSITE HEIGHT IS 12M AND 33.1M WIDE. SENSOR DOES NOT WORK AS PER LIGHT (LUX) SETTING… IT IS ALWAYS WORKING WHILE WE WATED IT TO WORK IN NIGHT ONLY. SENSOR TAKE TIME TO RESET ONCE IT IS OFF. BETTER PRODUCT IS AVAILABLE IN MARKET….. WE CHOOSE THIS PRODUCT AS “HONEYWELL” NAME WAS ATTACHED… BUT WASTE OF MONEY.

The product is good but seems very expensive as there are other manufacturer available in amazon portal also having same feature but with half the price tag.have to see the long term performance..

It works only when right under the sensor. There is another similar motion sensor at half the price but I bought this thinking its a branded well tested product but unfortunately it's not. I don't for what a timer delay has also been added so u can't use it as soon as you switch ON. Thought of returning it but since we had one more motion sensor bulb in the kitchen keeping it
