Fitted our petrol strimmer without any fuss. cuts through pretty much everything except wood. Our fishing club has three strimmers with this type of cutter, much better than nylon wire. Would advise anyone else to convert their brush cutters to these, easy to change.

I got a second hand head from a mate who worked at HSS and they are great. The 4mm are very aggressive but also provide a bigger cutting diameter than using a blade (which is why I hate using a blade). Just found out that if you buy a head of the Bessertrim website site, you get a lifetime guarantee and packs of 50 at half price. Next time.

no idea why these are not more widely used so much easier than fiddling with long spools on nylon. This is the one more word required for this review - AArdvark.
