Bike rack seems well thought out and designed. It doesn't have any fancy mechanisms like you would find in a Yakima rack, but I would claim those features to be superfluous. This is bare bones and has everything you need. Assembly was surprisingly easy, and I was completely baffled to see they included chrome vandium wrenches to complete the assembly. The instructions were very clear and easy to understand, and the bags with hardware came labeled, and the labels matched up with the instructions making assembly unbelievably easy. All the hardware seems beyond plenty robust. The hitch "pin" is a bolt with a lock on it, and tightening this bolt makes the rack solid and extremely stable in the hitch. It doesn't move at all when tightened all the way, so none of that bouncy slop you get with most racks. The primary feature I got this rack for was the fact that it can fold up when on the vehicle but while not in use. This feature works great and I appears the dimensions were well thought out as it is close enough to the truck to be compact, but not close enough to interfere with anything. I have two road bikes mounted so far and the frame clamp works great on them (although I usually prefer the wheel clamp style). This is far nicer than a name brand swagman I had before. For the price, this rack cannot be beat in my opinion.

surprising build quality at this price, I just needed a carrier to bring a bike from Seattle to San Francisco and did not expect much, but I'll keep this one. The only downside was that the lock from one of the 'hook arms' fell out on our 15 hr drive back and we had to order a replacement to get arms with working locks. And the keys of either box fit those locks, so do not put any trust into them, use bike locks to lock to the frame of the carrier. Other than that, instructions were nebulous and it took a while to assemble, tools supplied were sufficient (the larges wrench is actually quite nice quality) and it was solid on the truck, no wobble. Easy to adjust for most bike sizes, I'd buy it again if I needed one, can recommend. I'd not buy this for frequent use, then I'd go for one of the top brands, but for occasionally taking one or two bikes with me? Well spent money.

Solid rack. Very happy with it. I only use it for one mountain bike, it’s an XL frame 29” wheels and fit is no problem. Great fit in my hitch. Easy to use. Bike feels safe and secure. I notice no rattling or noise while driving. I have a rear dash cam that I can see the bike perfectly and there is almost no wiggling or wobbling, even at freeway speed. I would feel confident having a 2nd bike on it. I will say that the “locks” do not seem like much of a theft deterrent, but I also would never leave my bike unattended anywhere that that would be an issue.

I’ve put this rack through hell on the back of my Toyota Sienna. Assembly was quick and it’s super easy to remove from the hitch. I crossed the country four times with two bikes on the back of my van, for a total of 13K miles. This rack holds up to the use! Bikes stay in place securely and even lock in place. If there’s even a hint of a jiggle, the rack is easy to tighten up, but rarely needs it. It comes with extra keys to lock the bikes in place, which is a huge plus when you’re living in a van and staying in sketchy spots overnight. Our bikes are different sizes and the adjustments are easy to make. The rack also folds up l, which means we can open the hatch of the van and we use the rack to hold our camp stove while cooking - a multi purpose addition to the van. I’m absolutely thrilled with the price and the ease of use.

Incredible value l for the price, very sturdy and well made. direction aren't the best though but still had it assembled in about an hour once I had It unpacked and on the floor. It comes with the locking hitch pin which really surprised me and 2 other anti theft applications. Would absolutely recommend this bike rack, and would buy again.

This so-called “new” hitch bike rack is nothing short of a disgrace. What arrived at my door looked like it had already lived a hard life: gouges, scratches, missing parts, and the unmistakable look of a used return that was simply repackaged and resold as new. Passing this off as a brand-new product isn’t just careless, it’s fraudulent. The assembly process was a nightmare. The instructions were written with zero regard for clarity or safety — vague diagrams, missing steps, and such poor guidance that I had to resort to online forums just to guess how the pieces were meant to fit together. For equipment designed to carry bicycles at highway speeds, that level of incompetence is flat-out dangerous. This purchase was a complete insult to my time, money, and trust as a customer. Not only was the product defective and misrepresented, it left me questioning whether the company behind it has any quality control standards whatsoever. If this is the level of care they put into a critical piece of equipment, I shudder to think how many people are unknowingly strapping thousands of dollars’ worth of bikes to a rack that was never safe to begin with. Save yourself the frustration, the wasted money, and the potential risk to your gear. This product is unfit for sale, unfit for use, and unfit for the brand name stamped on it. Zero stars would still be generous
