Please rest assured all sofirn products have one year warranty. Step 1: Please clean the contact of this flashlight and battery with alcohol. Please check if the isolation paper was removed. Step 2: Please make sure you screw the head and tail cap of your flashlight tightly. Step 3: : Please replace a battery(if you have) or plug in a USB Type-C cable(without batteries) to figure out if the defective part is the driver or battery.

Can you charge this with a usb c to usb c cable? I have the old version and it does not and was wondering if this one does.

It charges with my usc-c to usb-c charger I got with my phone.

Please click 9 times and hold (10H: 9 clicks + hold) from simple UI to advanced UI(simple UI with normal function, advanced UI with multiple function). ON OFF, 3 clicks to battery check mode, 2 clicks to temperature check mode, 2 clicks to beacon mode, 2 clicks to SOS, 2 clicks bact to battery check mode.
