What can i say about this shower head. It is amazing. This is my first rainfall shower head and I do not regret purchasing it. It is easy to install and works amazingly. I look forward to showering every morning. I had a small issue with the diverter not keeping the water the same temperature when switching between handheld and shower head. I reached out to the company and they were awesome. Great customer service and super prompt. They sent me a new diverter for free. I havent installed it yet, but if you are on the fence because of the price, I think it is worth. Well made product and super responsive customer service. 10 stars!!!

This shower head is great, the look is beautiful, the material is high quality and the fact that you can remove the water restrictor is a big plus! It is easy to install and comes with everything you need to complete the installation. I highly recommend it!

Performs exactly as expected. I really like that the rain head and handheld unit work together & are joined rather than handheld being separate on the wall. Rain head is firmly gentle; handheld is strong but not harsh. Can’t address ease of installation as was remodel by plumber. I’m not a fan of the curvy design, but the functions were more important.

Seems to be quality built and was very easy to install. Be sure you follow the instructions and remove the flow restrictors. You don’t need them as you can control the water flow with the diverter, just turn it clock-wise and you can lessen the water flow if desired. However, after you enjoy the feeling of the rain water flow, you probably won’t want to lessen the flow. We found with the hand held and the rain water both on, it’s great for sharing a shower! Plenty of warm water for both of us.

The quality of the metal and all materials is top notch from the valve to the hose it looks amazing, installation is a breeze and it has everything included to install, how ever looks can be deceiving, it has zero water pressure and doesn't feel as wide as it is, I am returning it I bought another $30 plastic aqua dance to replace it with again because the feel and pressure of the head and wand is far superior. If it wasn't so expensive I would have kept just the valve the hose and everything else minus the actual shower head but I will be returning the item.

I had no issues setting it up, the different modes work as expected and water pressure is very good. But the pipe interior looks like it’s already started to rust before I even used it. If I’m to give the benefit of the doubt that this is just from them testing it and not a used product, it still doesn’t offer much reassurance about the product’s longevity.
