I recently used this yellow air dry clay for a church craft project with a group of kids, and it worked out really well! The individually wrapped portions made it super easy to hand out to everyone, and there was plenty to go around. The clay itself is very soft and squishy, and I noticed it felt a little wet when we first opened the packages, but that actually made it easier for the kids to mold and shape. Cleanup was a breeze—no sticky mess on hands or tables, which I really appreciated. The clay dries to a foam-like texture rather than getting hard like traditional clay, so it’s best for fun, creative projects rather than anything you want to keep as a sturdy keepsake. It also shrinks a bit as it dries, so keep that in mind for certain crafts. Overall, this was a great choice for our church group. The kids had a blast, and I loved that it was non-toxic and safe for everyone to use. I’d definitely recommend it for group activities or any situation where you want something easy, colorful, and mess-free. This was perfect for a small ornament for students to make as gifts. Easy to use and easy to paint after drying.

I ended up giving this to the art teacher and she loved it . It was the right size for her elementary students.

This is just not the same as model magic. It isn’t as thick and sturdy and it dried very cracked and the edges curled up. Wouldn’t recommend for more important projects.

The quality on these is awesome! I use them for my younger art classes and it was perfect to just hand these individual packets out. We built little figurines and the clay stayed durable until everyone was done and then we painted them with watercolors the next day and they looked great!

Not as expected. This is not clay it dries like a piece of foam it is so light it would blow over by a fan. I was very excited that these were individually wrapped so we could keep it fresh and not use it all at once. My kids were disappointed this didn’t work for our art project.
