- SERWALL HDPE Patio Furniture Set, 7-piece Outdoor Sectional Sofa Set, All Weather Outdoor Couch Set for Deck, Lawn, Grey Frame with Khaki Cushion

I got this set to replace a 6yr old wicker set that was disintegrating from being in the hot sun off our deck. I wanted something that would be more resilient, waterproof, and windproof. I've just set this up yesterday so I can't attest to the longevity yet but already I think this is a major upgrade. The pieces are thick, sturdy and have great weight to them which is perfect for the crazy winds we get here (so windy that furniture/grills will actually move). They are aesthetically pleasing with the black wood-appearance but smooth texture. I was torn on grey or beige cushions but ended up choosing beige and sooo happy I did because theyre gorgeous. The material has some faint grey tones woven in which give it more depth and texture than just a stark solid color. I also appreciate how the cushions have zippers for easy removal and cleaning. Others have commented that the cushions are on the thin side and I can see why they say this however they are perfectly plush and comfortable for us. The back cushions come flat and even upon removing from packaging they are still a little flat - you need to fluff them up a little and then they are perfect (not sure if other commenters are doing that). It took me a couple hours to put the whole set together by myself (30s female) and i recommend using a drill as this makes it go so much faster and easier. I found the instructions and photo examples to be cery straightforward and easy to follow. I wasn't missing any parts and screws seem to be of good quality. Overall I am beyond impressed with this set and feel it is beyond the price paid. I am excited to be able to really enjoy my deck this summer.

For the price point this is a fantastic outdoor furniture set. Assembly took awhile and I admittedly used power tools to tighten screws. Since the "wood" is plastic it's very easy to over tighten the screws, so be careful to not over torque the screws. All the parts lined up and fit correctly. Looks like a very nice furniture set and after 8 months of outside use is holding up great. The black color has stayed vibrant and is easy to wipe of after a dusty day. Cushions are soft and comfortable and so far have held up good. We store the cushions in a box during rain and snow to help the to last longer. If they do get rained on it take awhile to dry out, and we don't want to have to wait for them to dry fully all the time. Armrest are wide enough to function as cup holders.

This is a fantastic set for the price. The set is made of sturdy and well made materials. The cushions are very soft and comfortable to sit on. The colors of cushions and faux wood exactly as I pictured. One cushion did come damaged but seller was easy to work with and not only replaced that cushion but also sent me a complete set of cushions. Super customer service. It will take several hours to put together and can be done by one person. I am 6’4 and the height of the set is perfect.

This is really a nice set. I have a Polywood dining set on my deck and last purchased a Serwal bar height table just to see if I liked the brand. That bar table held up really well over the summer and is very close in design/quality to the Polywood just as a dramatically lower price. Knowing that, I purchased 2 sectional/table/ottoman sets and combined them to make a set that suited my porch. The frame itself is nice, heavy. the Hardware is good quality and it hoenstly assembles really nicely. The sectional chairs take more time, mbut the table and ottoman are about as easy as they could be. We had a big thunderstorm with a tornado just 2 miles away and they didnt move an inch (neither did the bar height Serwal on the back deck). Packaging was good, but there was a weird dusty foot print on a few of the pieces and some scratching ,which likely came from the factory prior to packaging. I dont love the back cushions - I fluffed them up and the look nice, but I would prfer something a little thicker and perhaps firmer. But for now...they will do. I dont intend to replace the actual furniture for many many years, so when its time to replace the cushions, I'll just upgrade. Would highly recommend this set, especially if you are looking into Polywood. I bought the dark grey - if you do have POlywood just know it is slightly darker than the polywood grey, so while they will look of similar quality and design, the color is not the same. Would STRONGLE suggest using a drill to put these together rather than the hex key.

This is a good looking set! Took off one star because of instructions. Heavy duty, weatherproof and should be good in our windy location. Instructions need to be clearer but we assembled it ourselves without too much headache. Comfortable and fits on our deck nicely. This set is affordable and well built so I would recommend.

These chairs and sofa are surprisingly very nice and well made. The blue is a nice color that shows in person better than the pictures online. We love it. It is very sturdy and comfortable to sit in. One other thing, the customer service is awesome especially in this day and age. They were always responsive with questions we had and prompt to get back to us. Definitely recommend this set and Serwall products!

The set is OK. The sofa and chairs are about 2 inches shorter than most sofa seating heights. The back cushions are thin and not well padded. The back cushion are about 1 1/2 inches thick. Nowhere near the 7” in the description. The seat cushion is about 2” thick and more dense than the back cushion, but could have used another inch or so. The set was easy to assemble and all the holes lined up. Use an electric screwdriver, but watch to not torque the screws too much. If you use their little wrench, it will take a long time to assemble. Some of the screws with bolts protude much more than needed. They could have used shorter screws for those.

Easy to put together. Feels sturdy. Cushions could use more padding inside, but not bad. If you pour water on the cushions the water beads off really well. HOWEVER if left outside overnight after a steady rain the cushions will become saturated with water. I feel for the price I paid the material could be better. I will be spraying water proofer on them today.
