Do the colors run darker?

The color stay the same. It blended my hair color.

I naturally have dark brown hair. I put an amonia free wheat blond hair color on it and now have wheat blond hair. What color do i get to use my dye?

I would take the hairpiece to your local beauty supply store. I took mine to Sally Beauty Supply. The women who work there are licensed beauticians and can tell you what to use to color it. I know these hairpieces have a lot of red undertones and I had to use a 2:1 ratio to knock them out and have the piece take the dye. I bought the color and developer, not a prepackaged box of dye.

6 AH27 is what color?

This did not match my hair. It is blonder than it looks in photo. I got an ash brown color.

I've had very good luck using Revlon's Colorsilk ammonia free hair dye on human hair pieces, condition the piece afterward and restyle with a blow brush or low temp curling iron or soft sponge curlers, depending on what kind of curl you want and how comfortable you are using heat on the hair piece. If you know which dye color matches your real hair, you can get a good match on the hair piece. Revlon Colorsilk is very inexpensive (although not necessarily on Amazon), usually less than $3 a box in WalMart and the Dollar Store, so I get two colors and mix them to get a really good match; 1/3 light ash brown to 2/3 dark ash blonde.
