I purchased these heel protectors for a different reason than protecting my heels. I am adjusting to life with Guillan-Barre Syndrome (GBS) which has caused horribly painful nerve pain in my feet. It makes it so hard to get to sleep every night. Some nights I can't sleep and some nights I finally fall asleep from complete exhaustion. Some nights I cry myself to sleep after being up most of the night. I saw these on Amazon while searching for something else. I decided to try these because because they are noninvasive, pretty cheap and basically my options are dwindling. The main thing I was concerned with was if they would stay on my feet bc I have extremely small feet. I wear a size 2 - 4 depending on how and where the shoes are made. But I have found that my feet don't slip out of these! The feet cushions are pretty thickly padded and put just enough "soft" pressure to ease the immense pain. Enough that I can finally get some sleep at night. I highly recommend this product!

Bought them for my 106 year old mom because she spends most of her days in bed and her heels hurt. They help with the pain.

The Velcro sticks together like a vice. However it is so hard to pull apart that it comes off the cover. The material is soft and breathable.

Please help me a lot when my bone spurs on my heels get aggravated and I can wear them and sleep at night

These are great. My husband has been a patient for a long time and these really are wonderful protection for his heels to prevent pressure sores.

Very cost effective yet practical.This ankle pillow was the perfect solution for helping the developing bedsore on one of my elderly mom's ankles to heal. (She sleeps on one side only, always and has very thin skin.) We use the pillow ever night now as a preventative!
