very good laptop, no issues

I’ve had my laptop one week and I really love it. It works good, but I need the error of buying one without a touchscreen.. I don’t care for the touchpad, so I hooked up my mouse and it works beautifully. And I love the fact that there’s a lifetime Microsoft 365 office attached to it.

Simple Lap Top that didn't come with any programs (excel, etc.. ) without extra purchasing cost. Really like the 32gb speed. Quick and easy transfer from old to new laptop. Key board is a little different than my old Dell, so it is taking me a while to quit hitting a key that I don't need. Would have been good it they had included a SD card slot.

I do a lot of word processing at work and internet releated searches and needed a laptop to use when I work at my conference table. I wanted one that had plenty of quick SSD memory, ample RAM, a large enough screen and good keyboard for a reasonablel price. I don't do graphics or watch HD movies and wasn't looking for something loaded. I am very happy with this computer. The keyboard is outstanding! Maybe the best laptop keyboard I have ever used. The keys are firm enough that I am not accidentally entering letters just from the light pressure of my fingers resting on them but tactile and responsive with almost a "click" giving feedback that the key has been struck. The screen is nice and wide and my documents look full size. The speaker is fine for my needs (I'm not listening to a symphony while I work) and the volume goes up nice and high. The camera is very good and more than sufficient for video conferences. It is an office workhorse.

This is a really great computer! I have always had great service from HP laptops. The one this new Omnibook replaced is 8 years old and still running great. It just can’t be upgraded to Windows 11.

Had to return it the next day. The computer booted up initally with no problem and I had started the inital set up. Then it powered off and would not turn back on. I tried multiple plugs to see if it was a plug issue, but it did not power up again.

Great speedy laptop lots of features & good price

Replaced my 12 year old hp laptop with windows 10 not updated since 2017. Took a bit of getting used to no disc drive and old familiar ports. Did purchase lots of new cables and spent days getting everything across as I tried to use a hard drive and one drive cloud but managed in the end with a simple memory stick 264GB. Not a fan of Microsoft but I like the file system word etc and I need it for Family Tree Maker

Laptop has good performance with quick start-up. It’s light and the screen definition is good. Disappointing the integral camera is not infrared and therefore facial ID for logon is not available. It’s odd as most laptops have this as did my previous HP which is 8 years old.

Product lasted 3 months and then blue-screen-of-death for no reason. Our IT providers can't find a solution to fix it - they're having to completely refurbish and rebuild to make use of it. Also, no access to customer service through Amazon website for this order - simply keeps pushing me through a loop that takes me back to the start. Would not buy from this seller again.
