I have always gone barefoot around the house, and it has finally dawned on me that I need to protect my arches all day, so I use my second pair in the house now. For me going barefoot is a difficult habit to break, but I am wearing them at home about 70% of the time now and that seems to be helping. I suggest wearing these sandals for a couple hours a day and work up because the realignment due to the arch support takes your body a little getting used to.This type of sandal may not be for everyone who likes cute little sandal styles, but I simply have to go with comfort and protection.
