I was surprised that I would enjoy these as much as I did as a diabetic drink is not my idea of delicious, but they were very good. When using my numbers were in the good levels so I would consider it had good effectiveness. The Ingredients are my idea of what healthy would be. The price is a bit high so I’m not sure I could buy these consistently. It blended well in my regular blender.

I used shakeology about 10 years ago after having my second son and wanting to lose weight. It was the best. Now in my perimenopause stage I’ve seen some weight gain again so I’m back to shakeology because it tastes good and I know it works!. I use the vegan brand now because I have a dairy sensitivity and it tastes wonderful blended with ice and almond milk creamer to make thick and creamy like a milkshake.

Taste is great! I love that I don’t have to mess with a large bag of mix. It is quick and I can bring it with me when I travel or bring it to work.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have drank shakeology goodness for 14 years. I know the price is higher than a lot of protein shakes but honestly it is worth it. It has so many great ingredients that other companies lack and whenever I try a cheaper version it just does not taste the same. So make that investment!

I have tried many meal replacement and protein shakes this by far is my favorite. I know it’s pricey, but better than buying something and throwing it out and wasting money. Great chocolate flavor and not too sweet.

I bought Shakeology years ago and really enjoyed it then. They must have changed it because it tastes terrible and causes gas
